Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the front exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces. It captures the front door and driveway only.

Due to allergies, we have a no pet policy. If a pet is brought to the property, you forfeit your security deposit.

We also have a strict no smoking policy.

Since our home is located in a quiet, private neighborhood we ask that there are no parties, fireworks, ATVs, or discharging of firearms on the property.

We ask that you keep quiet hours between 9pm - 8am. We have a quiet neighborhood and enforce a good neighbor policy. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. You and your Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community, that is not in violation of any local, state or federal laws, and that will not prompt complaints to us from The City of Scottsdale, police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 9 pm and 8 am The property is monitored with a noise detection sensor only, no cameras or recordings to respect your privacy.
