Delightfull Cape Home , walking distance to the beach

Delightful home has just been lovingly refreshed and boasts a terrific enclosed front porch nicely outfitted to read, relax, chat and just enjoy the setting and salt air. Inside a large living room with television opens to a den to get comfy in and, of course, the kitchen and dining area with door that leads to back yard and the large outdoor shower.
Not your typical Cape outdoor shower . It features large shower area with stone faced wall, dressing room and even out door lights for showering any time day or night.There is a bedroom with two twins on first floor and a full bathroom off the living room. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a King plus another with two twins. There is an outdoor grill and a table with chairs & umbrella for dining al fresco. All this is just 1/4 mile to a lovely beach on Nantucket sound (just east of Sea Street Beach and the Pelham House).

Dennis has 16 ocean beaches and 2 ponds. If it is raining in Dennis Port, quite often the sun is shining on the North Side.

Sorry no pets. Reduced rates for September & October ... great time to visit & much less crowded !! SLEEPS 6 You can be first in line for Summer 2025 but higher rates will apply. . Come and visit in September or October ... great weather, less crowds and this terrific rate!
