Located at the end of a quiet residential street above our garage, the Luxury Loft is nestled amongst mature trees and offers a beautiful ornamental pond view. Just 1 mile to the heart of Orono village, and 2 miles to the University of Maine.
Enjoy using a complete kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a 3 season screened in deck! The living room boasts a comfortable downed filled sofa for TV viewing. WIFI available. An outdoor patio is also available with a propane BBQ grill for seasonal use upon request.

    This apartment is magical! The kitchen is so well equipped - better than my own at home! It was so clean and well-light, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Holly was wonderful and so gracious! It was very easy to access the lock pad and the entry way has automatic lights. It was close to downtown Orono and an easy drive to Bangor. We enjoyed the nearby trails, Woodsman Grill, The Nest, and the Golden Bean. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait until our next visit!!

    Very easy check-in to an absolutely beautiful apartment. It comes with anything you would ever need. We really couldn’t rave enough about this place and would certainly recommend to those who want to stay in style, but at an affordable price. Thank you, Holly and Greg!!!
