Beautiful Built Home in Bangor Maine. ideal for long-term stay Come enjoys all that Maine offers, boating, swimming, fishing, golf, hiking, or simply relaxing. A living room area with a dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped and provides the perfect platform for those wonderful meals. And room for privacy and comfort. Space is for two/four GUESTS and a parking area for one/two vehicles. (No pets/dogs allowed) Unit location: Approximately 6 minutes away from hospitals such as northern light eastern Maine medical center and St Joseph’s hospital, 7 minutes away from Walmart and Hannaford, 8 minutes away from downtown Bangor, Eastern Maine Community College is approximately 4 minutes away, Husson University approximately 13 minutes away, 10 minutes away from the University of Maine and many other educational facilities, shopping, and work area. There are also cameras outside of the property. NO BIG TRUCKS/BOATS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Please keep TV and music volume at a respectable volume because I work from home. PLEASE NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.

Presque parfait sur tout la ligne. Superbe appartement avec tout ce qu' il vous faut. Petit point négatif, apportez votre "Glade spray" pour contrer les odeurs du souper du proprio.

Plenty of room & nice & clean. But we weren’t aware of the 21 steps going up to apt. Carrying suitcases up these steep stairs is quite difficult especially if you’re an older adult! Also, with bedroom window open, there was a loud continuous buzz sound preventing me from sleeping.

We arrived at our room after figuring out the entrance. Entry not bright but found door, You should put a picture in your photos re:steps. The apartment temperature was over 88 degrees and the ac was not on. I turned on the fans in our apartment & opened windows to circulate air so I didn’t pass out. We brought our things upstairs the temp was 82, shut the windows. The temperature eventually got down to 78 but no cooler. My error we had kitchen window open at the table open. I shut it as fm left then temp got cooler. Other than that, wash clothes would be nice. It was a nice area central to my needs. I would use again as long as my legs could get up the stairs.

Mis-Represented sleep spaces

This was advertised as a two bedroom with pull-out couch as a third sleeping space in the Living Room. When we arrived, we looked for the linens for the pull-out. Couldn’t find any, so we called owner. He denied that it was advertised as such and offered no solution. Thankfully my friends donated a blanket as couch was filthy and worn, borderline disgusting. Also listing should indicate many steps up to get to unit. I would appreciate refund.

Quiet comfortable apartment

We stayed 8 nights at this lovely apartment while visiting family and friends. There were a couple issues when we first arrived, but Marlon was quick to respond and make everything right. The location was very quiet and is close to shopping, restaurants, and much more. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Bangor area.

My sister and i really enjoyed our stay here. The rental is in a nice area and the hosts made sure we knew where everything was and how to access the property. The rental was very clean and quiet. Just what we needed to get away for the night. If you are coming to Bangor and need a small place to stay, this is it. Out of town just enough, but still within minutes of everything
