This super sunny, newly renovated canal-front luxury home is located in North Ocean City on a quiet street, yet just a short walk to the beach with easy beach access. Restaurants, bars, shops, and everyday essentials are all within walking distance, making this the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

The home offers two assigned parking spaces out front, plus ample street parking. Out back, enjoy your private boat slip—bring your boat, jet skis, paddleboard, or kayak and tie up right outside the back door. You can even go crabbing from the dock; a crab pot is provided for easy steaming and waterfront fun.

Inside, the bright and inviting space comfortably accommodates everyone with three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin-over-queen bunk with trundle, plus a full bed in the living room. The 2.5 bathrooms include a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day at the beach or on the water.

Designed for both relaxation and gathering, this beautiful home offers a comfortable retreat for families and friends and truly makes you feel at home while enjoying all that Ocean City has to offer.

This was the perfect place in the perfect spot. We loved home clean and modern everything was but cozy at the same time. It had everything we needed, was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We even had a perfect view of fireworks on the 4th.

We had a wonderful stay. The canal was a highlight of the trip, and the kids loved fishing. The home was comfortable, and the host was very responsive. We did have an issue with a toilet seat during our stay, but it was addressed immediately, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Our family (2 Adults, 4 Kids) had an amazing time at Happy Place in Ocean City! The owner is extremely responsive (and timely) to messages and was very helpful with some of the questions we had. The property itself is great! Having the bedrooms on a separate floor from the living space is ideal for families with kids that might go to bed earlier and/or sleep later. The deck out back is a really comfy space for a morning coffee or a late-night conversation, and having the dock right there behind the house was awesome! We spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing there, and it was super convenient to not have to drive anywhere to do that. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk, and the entire route is paved so it makes it easy to pull a cart/wagon/stroller. The beach access trail is right where you cross the main road, and there is a traffic light there for easy crossing. There are plenty shops, restaurants, groceries, even a farmer's market... all within walking distance of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, and everyone we met was very friendly. The house itself had every amenity we needed, from paper items to dishes/cookware, and is decorated beautifully with comfy furniture. There is plenty of sleeping space, as well as 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 on the first floor. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a great, relaxing getaway! I'm hoping its available again next year!

The only reason this is not completely 5 star is that the previous tenants created some situations beyond Stasy’s control.The unit was beautiful the location was beautiful and Stasy was absolutely as attentive as possible she actually showed up to check on issues and we realized nothing was a situation she was aware of, she was excellent!I would definitely stay with her again
