Three bedrooms plus a bonus bunk room accommodate up to ten guests with ease. Each room features soft linens, smart TVs, and warm, inviting touches. The bunk room adds versatility for families and groups, giving everyone space to unwind.

A fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking and dining together. Prepare hearty breakfasts or evening meals using the refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. A spacious dining table invites you to share meals and conversation after mountain adventures.

Conveniences & amenities

Pet-friendly
One dog is welcome for a $125 fee. To keep the space comfortable for all guests, dogs must be crated if left alone and kept off the furniture. Assistance animals are always allowed.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The beautiful architecture, views, hot tub, fireplace, and games were amazing. Would love to book it again!

Spring Break

The property was very clean and worked well for our family. The “bonus” bunk bed room was more of a closet, which was not ideal for 2 teenage boys but we were not in our rooms very often. Overall, the place was great. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Nice place but two issues existed during our stay

The place is nice but should not be listed as a four-bedroom condo. The listing does state a "bonus" room, but it is not a bedroom; instead, it is more like a closet with two small bunk beds crammed into it. The photos of this room are deceiving. The other major issue was with the cable TV and internet access. Service was requested as soon as we arrived, but an appointment was not scheduled until after we left. This would not have been a significant issue for us, but several of us had work to complete during our stay. That being said, the place was clean and well-equipped with dishes, spices, etc. The hot tub was great as well. We would stay again if we didn't need the "closet bonus room." Small children might not complain about the size, but it should be advertised as such.

Nice house, good for a family, internet does not work

The house itself is great. Good kitchen and well stocked (which is really nice). All the rooms were great and everything was clean when we arrived. The location is great and the views are good :). We loved the hot tub (although it had a lot of chemicals which kind of burned our eyes and throat). The biggest issue was the internet. The wifi did not work a single moment of the trip. We could connect but nothing would load. this also meant nothing on the TV worked so we couldn't cozy up and watch movies at night and we really struggled to buy lift tickets because we also had very limited cellular service there. It was a pretty big bummer and a bit frustrating.

Sweet spot

The location is close to the ski resort. And while the Harry Potter room is small, the shared space is large and comfy. There are two sofa beds in the living room for you to choose from (but you probably can't use both beds given the area of the living room), and they are quite comfy. The upstairs with the Harry Potter room will work really well for a family of four, given that a family would be able to share the bathroom. The Internet is spotty, but I think the host did they best they can. This unit is run by a company so they have pretty strict off hours when they cannot be reached. If you have a problem after 8 p.m. that's not an emergency (e.g. water pipe breaking) you won't get it resolved until next morning.

August Stay

This property was exactly as the listing described and perfect for our group of 8. We would absolutely return! The only issue we had was that it was uncharacteristically warm in Winter Park during our visit and there was no AC in the unit. There were fans and we were able to get a consistent breeze through the property, and once it cooled down to normal temperatures, it was absolutely perfect.

Fraser Family Wedding

This property was in a great location for the family wedding in Fraser. It is a very short walk down to a brewery and to the Fraser River Trail. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. The hot tub was great for cool summer evenings. Really pretty view out the deck. Our only disappointment was how warm and stuffy the bedrooms were, particularly the two upstairs bedrooms even with fans. There are no windows in the bunk room, which was very warm. We did not realize there was no AC. Otherwise, it was a great place.

Perfect!

The property was as described. Great location, not far from the slopes. It was quiet and tranquil. It was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. All basic supplies were available- toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergeant, etc. Kitchen was well supplied with all basic cooking utensils and small appliances. We decided last minute to bring our 2 year old grandson and the property managers were so kind to drop off a pack and play for him to sleep in.

We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Fraser Summer

Nice condo with excellent kitchen and living room open concept area. Positives: The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks! Very well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances! Views were nice. Comfortable beds in the real bedrooms. Being on the top floor of building. Nice long dining room table and plenty of couch space in living room for watching the world cup and socializing. Negatives: Decks are very small. Hot tub is on landing not really a deck. So called bonus bunk room is not a legal bedroom. Basically a walk in closet with a bunk bed. No ventilation. We ended up having to put someone on the living room couch instead. Probably fine for little kids. Positives made up for the negatives we loved the location and common spaces!

Great family Ski weekend

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This unit was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything one might need. Excellent quick communication and very helpful check-in and out instructions. Amazing views from the balcony and hot tub!

Great location

This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.
