Occupying the second and third floors of a historic property, this unique apartment combines the character of one of Cincinnati’s established neighborhoods with plenty of room to relax, work, or unwind.

The apartment features one furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area that provides additional space to spread out and enjoy your stay. A queen air mattress is also available upon request for additional guests.

Whether you're in town for a Bengals game, FC Cincinnati match, convention, business trip, or weekend getaway, you'll appreciate the comfort and convenience of this thoughtfully designed space. Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and off-street parking.

Located just minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, Paycor Stadium, TQL Stadium, the First Financial Convention Center, Findlay Market, and Over-the-Rhine, you'll have convenient access to many of the city's top dining, entertainment, sporting, and cultural attractions. Easy access to I-71 and I-75 also makes exploring Cincinnati and the surrounding region convenient.

This is an upper-level apartment occupying the second and third floors of the building. Guests must climb stairs to reach the second-floor entrance and lockbox. There is no elevator.

The pics online are accurate with how this specific dwelling looks on the inside, however it does NOT, accurately depict the surrounding area and the means to actually access the apartment. I didn't have any problems, however had I known what I know, now I would not have booked my stay there.

We understand that perceptions of the surrounding area can vary by guest. We would like to clarify the access concern for future travelers. Our listing states that the apartment occupies the second and third floors and specifically notes that it is accessible by stairs. When you contacted us because you could not locate the lockbox, we responded immediately and called to assist. During that conversation, we determined that you had not yet proceeded to the second-floor entrance, where the lockbox is located, and we were able to quickly assist you with access. We appreciate your feedback and have made our arrival instructions even more explicit about proceeding to the second-floor entrance to help make check-in as clear as possible for future guests.
