This unit has a wonderful view of both the gulf and the bay. The Summit not only provides luggage carts, they also have grocery carts, so once you go the grocery store it's very easy to transport all your groceries to your unit. I spoke to several owners who live on property and they are all nice and helpful. If you don't know the area, they have plenty of suggestions of the best places to eat. I've rented in Destin/Miramar for 30 years and Tops'l is always one of my favorite places to stay. Travel is much improved with the completion of construction on Hwy. 98.

The room was very nice and clean, exactly as shown. We had everything we needed and the view was amazing-I suggest bringing binoculars as you are overlooking topsail preserve state park-we were able to watch birds and look at boats off the shore. The beds are very comfortable and clean, loved all the accommodations. The private beach is so nice and so CLEAN, not really crowded at all, even on the weekend. Just a heads up to anyone else who is going primarily for the beach-there is a third party beach service for the resort members that you can pay for (includes 2 chairs/umbrella) for a day or for the week. We loved it but unfortunately we like spending our late afternoon/evenings at the beach, and they put away all the chairs/umbrellas at 6 pm daily. So kind of wasted money for us, as we had to haul our own chairs down if we wanted somewhere to sit after 6 (again, no reflection of the host or the condo itself, it’s just something that may be nice to know).

Thanks for a great stay! The condo was as advertised and checked all of our boxes. We really appreciated the basics being provided when we stayed. It’s so helpful when traveling to have those little extras like trash bags and dishwasher pods. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed all the resort had to offer. The gas grills next to the pool area were a major perk for grilling out. The only thing that was a bit confusing was what activities were included. We reached out to ask and pickle ball was listed in the included activities for our room. When we showed up you needed a special code to access the courts. Overall we still enjoyed the entire Tops’l experience and hope to come back.
