Beautiful condo on Sanibel Island's world famous shelling beach with the Ding Darling Nature Sanctuary only minutes away. You’ll love Villa Sanibel, a small and smoke-free complex of only 20 units, very quiet, private and just steps to the beach. It's perfect for couples and families (with kids) as it has a large pool, tennis court and is on the bike path and only a short ride or walk to shops and attractions!

2F Villa Sanibel on luxurious West Gulf Drive - a spacious two story vacation home with a beamed wood ceiling and clerestory windows under the roof that give this condominium unit an airy and luminous feeling. The two bedroom, two bath condo with loft is fully furnished with all linens (including beach towels) and kitchen utensils. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, with a queen bed in the second bedroom and a day bed with a pop-up trundle in the loft, which overlooks the living room area.

The condo is accessible through the main front door as well as a second door that leads into the guest bedroom. There is a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and necessities such as coffee pot, dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses, etc.

The dining room and living room are an open space equipped with a cable television and Smart TV. In the dining area there is a spiral staircase leading to the loft which will sleep two guests. Please note the loft may not be the best fit for small children and/or elderly guests as the staircase is quite narrow.

There is a screened lanai with a dining table and two lounging chairs. The porch is accessible through the living room as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom contains a full bathroom and the main hallway leads to the guest bedroom, which has an additional guest bath area.

The condo has a linen closet in the hallway containing bath towels, extra sheets and beach towels. In the closet in the guest bedroom you will find beach umbrellas, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and tennis balls.

The recycling receptacles/dumpster are located next to the tennis court. Please place any trash and recycling you may accumulate during your stay inside of these receptacles.

Activities: One of the best shelling beaches in the world is right outside the door. The Beachview Golf Course is two minutes away with shopping and restaurants right around the corner - easy to reach by car or by Sanibel's lovely and safe bike path which runs right by the complex. The Bailey Tract of the Ding Darling Nature Preserve is within walking distance and wildlife is always nearby with dolphins, tortoises, osprey, ibis, etc. sighted daily.

Important Notes: Please note that "busy season" falls during March thru early-mid May. During this time, the island is busy with lots of families with small children. If you prefer to come to the island to enjoy its nature and tranquility, it's best to plan your trip during the "off" months.

The Villa Sanibel neighborhood strictly prohibits smoking of any kind and does not permit parties of any sort (ie, pool parties).

When staying in the Villas, only beach chairs and an umbrella are allowed to remain on the front porches and must be neatly leaned against the walls. Towels and other beachwear must not be hung over any railings (shoes left on the porch are hit-or-miss, given how sandy the island is!).
