Kings Crown 118: Remodeled 3 BR Gulf Front Condo!

Kings Crown Update: The community pool is now open! Pickleball courts are expected to be completed by December 2026. Some elevator repairs are currently ongoing from May - August 2026 to replace door frames and will involve some possible noise disruptions. Updates will be provided when available.

Welcome to Kings Crown 118! A fantastic 3 bedroom Gulf-front corner unit, steps from the best shelling in the world!

This is a beautiful, completely restored 3 bedroom 2 bath, direct Gulf Front, corner unit with expansive views of the Gulf. Located on the 1st living level (2nd Floor) with elevator service if needed. A very spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer and WiFi. The lanai area has been glassed in for additional air conditioned space but the slider can be opened to let the outside in. The master bedroom has a King bed with private bath (walk in shower). Second guest bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd guest bedroom has 2 Twins with a shared bathroom with tub. All of this is complemented by a covered reserved parking space in the impeccably maintained 54-unit complex called Kings Crown. This is a great location on the island with easy access to the beautiful beach.

Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, in suite washer & dryer, elevators, covered parking, pickleball courts. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum November 15 to April 30; LOW Season: 1-week minimum May 1- November 15. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
**Rental Requirement UPDATE: 1-week minimum rentals are allowed from January 2026 - mid-November 2026 and will resume to the above standard schedule after this period.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much! The view from the living/dining room was even more beautiful in person than the pictures online! Beautiful condo on the beach!

Just renovated and absolutely beautiful! We have stayed in King’s Crown every year for over 15 years; however haven’t been back since the hurricane. While King’s Crown and the island are still recovering, everything about our trip, including the condo, were perfect.

Simply Fantastic

Everything about this condo was perfect. Clean, beautiful and well maintained. Be prepared for ongoing recovery work from Ian on the island, but it will not keep you from having a great vacation. We will be back to this property.

Relaxing vacation with an amazing view

My husband and I spent an amazing 2 weeks at this condo. We knew Sanibel wasn’t going to be the same after the hurricane but we still wanted to come to our favorite Florida spot, Sanibel Island. The condo was just as it was pictured. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. The view looking out at the ocean everyday and seeing the sunset was breath taking. The beach supplies in the closet were helpful since the pool was under construction. If you like a spacious and beautifully decorated condo right on the beach this condo is for you.

Let me start by saying that we had a wonderful vacation. On the positive side… the host/rental agency was very informative & responsive. The condo was spacious, lovely, & in a very good location. The supply closet was filled with everything you need for a great day on the beach, a cabana, boogie boards, bikes, chairs, & a wagon to carry it. With that being said, our party of 5 discussed how we wished people would mention things (good and bad) other than the spectacular views, so others would be well informed. So, on the negative side… none of the bedrooms (not even the master) look out at that gorgeous view. There is not a patio/balcony to step out on. Ideally we have a balcony/patio that the living room & master share with walkout doors & ocean views. When we arrived, a couple of the picture windows had fingerprints all over them. Not a big deal, but we noticed. Our biggest “negative” was the HVAC system. The master bedroom was comfortable. The small bedroom with twin beds was freezing, & the smaller king room was uncomfortably warm/hot all at the same time. We followed the suggested temperatures, tried closing the colder room’s vent, it made no difference. We checked the air filter & asked the host if they could change it, it was very dirty. They sent someone immediately, which was great. Lastly, it was odd to have 2 large dining rooms. The condo has a snack bar with stools & 2 dining tables that easily seat 8 people each. All said, this party of 5 adults had a great time.

Very nice ,had chairs for beach cabana, bikes ,we'll we had to fix flat tire ,but very nice place pool was great ,storage for outside furniture needs to be organized, lock is sticky ,overall very nice place I'll give it a 9 always room for improvement
