The Downtown Post The Collin Suite
The `Collin Suite` is a three-room accommodation located on the 3rd floor and featuring an open floor plan that connects the Kitchen/Dining Area and the Living Room, with a separate Bedroom and Bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a retro refrigerator/freezer, sink, granite countertop, hidden microwave, coffee maker with locally roasted coffee, water, two bottles of our local beverage Dr. Enuf, ample storage, and stocked with four whiskey glasses and four wine glasses. A desk and dining table are also offered in this space. The Living Room contains a comfortable Koala sleeper sofa, a 55â Smart TV with Roku, and access to books and games in the 2nd floor hallway cabinet. The Bedroom features a king-sized bed with 100% cotton sheets, down comforter, lux plush mattress and includes a free-standing closet rack for hanging clothes and storage. The Bathroom has a large standup shower, period-era subway and penny tiles, a console vanity, organic bath products, hair dryer and ironing board.

For Suites with Sleeper Sofas: Additional Bedding sheets, comforters, and blankets can be found in storage closets or under bed in sealed bags. Please do not open sealed bags unless needed.
There are two sets of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels for each person on the booking. If you like the items, we can refer you to the company they were purchased from. If the items go missing, they will be charged to the card we have on file. Towels $20 per towel, wash cloths $5 each, hand towels $8 each.

For your security and convenience, the building features access control door locks and security cameras in commons hallways and on the exterior of the building. Guests receive a code for the exterior doors and a separate private code for their individual suite prior to arrival.
