This classic Winter Park condo has all that you need for your vacation
This one-bedroom condominium provides all the essentials for a pleasant vacation. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a complete en-suite bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen includes modern cookware, updated appliances, cabinets, and countertops. A compact island offers seating for two and seamlessly connects to the dining area, which has additional seating for four. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, ideal for enjoying the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. A private deck on the third floor offers a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
This location is a short walk from the main clubhouse and is located in building 16, which is situated within the upper cul-de-sac of buildings 15 to 20. The complimentary town shuttle stop is just a few steps from the entrance of the building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
