The living room showcases new furnishings that enhance the recently renovated unit, establishing an ideal environment for relaxation and enjoyment of the tranquil atmosphere during your mountain retreat. It features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, a sofa sleeper, and access to a private deck. Positioned on the second floor of the building, the unit provides stunning views of the Winter Park Ski Resort and the surrounding forest.
The condominium radiates a distinctive warmth that is sure to be valued by all, offering all the comforts of home. It includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern cabinets, appliances, and countertops. The dining area is designed to comfortably seat up to six individuals and is seamlessly integrated into the open floor plan of the main living space. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available.
The ideal bedding arrangement for either a couple or an individual features a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and includes one full bathroom. Furthermore, all essential linens, towels, dishware, and cookware are provided.
Within a two minute walk from the condominium, guests have access to the primary clubhouse amenities, and the complimentary town shuttle halts at the end of the pathway leading to the unit.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
