Ideally situated in the heart of Dewey Beach, this recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath residential suite makes it easy to slip into vacation mode from the moment you arrive. Whether you're planning laid-back beach days, exploring the local scene, or a bit of both, this inviting coastal getaway is designed for comfort and ease.
The interior is light-filled and tastefully updated, offering generous storage so you can settle in and feel right at home. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, complete with modern appliances, a gas grill, and all the cookware you'll need. Central air conditioning, in-home laundry, and high-speed internet add to the convenience of a truly relaxing stay.
When it's time to unwind, the home features versatile sleeping options with two king beds, one queen bed, and a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeperâperfect for families or groups of friends. Adult bikes are included for cruising around town, visiting nearby attractions like miniature golf, or simply soaking in Dewey Beach's classic coastal charm. For beach days, enjoy the added perks of chairs for up to eight guests, two umbrellas, and boogie boardsâeverything you need for seaside fun.

NOTE: Property does not rent to High School students. All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement. The individual signing the rental agreement is responsible for all guests and must be present during the entire stay.
PARKING: Four designated parking spaces are located in front of unit.
LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS â 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS â 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS â 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.
