Welcome to Seaside on Saulsbury! Our oceanfront property offers 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and is located on the top floor of a traditional 2-story Dewey Beach condo building. This unit is one of 3 we offer in this 6-unit building. So... if you're looking for a group get-a-way, add one or both of our other units to stay next door to each other! All 3 units provide 7 brs & 6 bths, for a comfortable stay for14 and 6 dogs, and a max of 17. A great option for family reunions, multiple families, work groups, friends, groups, wedding parties, you name it! Inquire directly with host for more info on availability and rates.

Seaside on Saulsbury offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes from the living room, primary bedroom and screened porch. With a fully stocked & updated kitchen (including cleaning products, dish soaps, hand soap and paper products) with an eat-at butcher block island that seats 5 and new Quartz countertops. In-unit washer/dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided), central air and original hardwood floors throughout. Our home offers character and charm with a whimsical beach themed décor. Convenience, Cleanliness and Comfort is our moto!

The building (Colonial Seas Condominiums) offers an outside shower, gas grill, outdoor sand yard to have a fire &/or play games. You have two reserved parking spaces in front of the building. The bedrooms have been redecorated, and re-configured to take advantage of the ocean views from the comfort of your bed. The unit is fresh and clean with newer beds, furniture and washer/dryer. Seaside on Saulsbury is ready and waiting for YOU to love it as we do!
*Please note - sheets and bath/beach towels are not provided in this unit, but can be added for an additional fee with notification.
**Dining table has been updated to seat 6, island seats 5 and a table has been added to the screened in porch.

This beachfront property offered direct ocean views and easy access to the beach just steps away. It was clean and cozy! Very pet friendly! Perfect location near shops and restaurants! The host was SO exceedingly kind and responsive. An ideal spot on Dewey Beach!

Location can’t be beat, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony was such a nice bonus. Neighbors and other renters were incredibly hospitable. Parking was a dream. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside on Saulsbury in late August. Hurricane Erin put a damper on swimming most of the week, but we loved being able to watch the impressive waves from the porch. Our dog absolutely loved her first vacation too. The unit is very homey and comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked with essentials. Our Host Jenny was easy to communicate with if needed, but check-in was seamless, so we didn’t need much of anything during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Great condo with all the comforts of home! Perfect location with ocean view! We really enjoyed the screened in porch so much! It’s an amazing property! Many restaurants in the neighborhood. We took the beach trolly to the Rehobeth Beach boardwalk which was fun and super convenient! We weren’t ready to leave!

Booked the condo for my b-day while I was 3 months pregnant.. location is great- you can walk right onto the beach, but the property itself is dangerous (and extremely old). I cannot understand how people continue to give it 5 stars. We arrived to the condo being smelly and dirty. There was confetti and balloons still on the screened in deck, dirty/wet towels in the washer, dirty toilet, and someone's makeup cap and headband still in the bathroom. Messaged the owner about it and she sent a cleaning crew over to address those particular issues. We looked past the disgusting shower head and other conditions... until we endured a power outage.I plugged in my hair straighten into the hallway bathroom that caused half the condo to lose power. When I messaged the owner, she was clearly annoyed and insinuated that I was the issue with having plugged too many things and that the bathroom never has any issues (I hadn't, just phone chargers in other parts of the condo and then the hair straightener). She finally had an electrician come out who basically told my husband that this unit/building always has electrical issues and that I was lucky I didn't get shocked or electrocuted because the outlet was in such poor condition/poorly wired and had the prongs been any closer, it would have been a different story.Looking back, we should have left the condo right then, considering what could have happened to me/baby if I had been shocked or electrocuted. We stuck it out but never again

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The owner Jennifer is amazing and responds quickly and is so accommodating! House is very clean and beds are so comfy!Great views of beach and you are steps away from the beach!! No need to move your car.. you can walk to restaurants etc Great patio to sit outside and enjoy coffee while listening to the waves!!Would recommend

Great get away in the off season

This is a great property with owners who take a lot of pride in their properties but also about your stay. We thought the communication was exceptional. The location is amazing and has an amazing view of the ocean from the screened in porch. Hearing the waves at all times was amazing!

Lovely place, great location

Our stay was great at this VRBO. The host was available for any questions and even let us check in early and check out late! The cleaning crew should probably be upgraded, but otherwise, a wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! The view and location and space was great! Be aware that it is not fully stocked. Down to salt n pepper, tea kettle for French press and sauce pan. Other than the bare min stocking, the place was so great!

Everything was great about our stay in Dewey! The property was clean and in a great location- steps to the beach! Jenny was super easy to get in to communicate with and had all the extras you didn’t have to think about!

We take pride in our homes and want you to have the most enjoyable stay with us! I fell in love with Dewey in 2018 when I took my daughter on a mom and daughter trip before the start of school. We picked Dewey for it's dog friendly beaches and restaurants and fell in love with the laid back vibe of the town, locals and beautiful and well cared for natural beaches.
