We were very pleased by the location of this property on the beach. The views of the sunrise and moonrise were spectacular! And being a the beach in late April early May was terrific!

Awesome location, super convenient to the beach and to Dewey restaurants. Property is older, but well-maintained. Kitchen is small, but we managed. We had a good time.

Definitely paying for location with this house. There is a beach view and you can walk right out to the beach but the pictures are deceiving on the quality of what you are getting. There was mold in one of the rooms, the curtain rod fell down because it wasn’t properly secured, and you have to bring your own linens. The house is very dated and some pieces of the floor was taped together with painters tape.Also, I tried reaching out to the host when the curtain fell and haven’t heard back; that was about 24 hours ago.

Excellent location, nice house

This house is right on the beach, and it was so easy to go in and out whenever we wanted. The house is pretty nice, though the dining room table was a bit too small to fit everyone. All in all a good rental and we would go back.

Spacious and unbeatable location!

We spent a week at this property and loved it! Location is amazing - oceanfront and central to all the best places in Dewey - and the property was plenty big for our 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog. Also the included beach gear was a huge bonus! Agree with other reviews that the house needs some TLC but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic views, great furniture and plenty of space

Great oceanfront stay with plenty of space. Love the furniture and dining options inside and out. Only negative is that the Upstairs bedroom (for kids) didn't get great circulation and was a little hot. All things considered would definitely stay again!

Fantastic beach holiday

We had a lovely stay - the house is exactly as pictured. Check in by email. Two decks with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to restaurants. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Ocean view and access to rests were great. Town house needs updates and speucing up. Water leaks when raining. Sleeps 8, but table seating for 6. HVAC unit on 3rd floor in closet makes a lot of noise, so sleeping there was impossible. Comfortable, but not 5 stars; 3.5 stars is more accurate. Could be nicer with fixing up.

Not worth the price

Not worth the price for an "oceanfront" that does not have a full view of the ocean and beach from the primary deck that the entire family could enjoy! I've stayed at less expensive condos in both Dewey and Rehoboth which had full views from the primary deck, and they were just as nice otherwise. In a word: disappointing!

Unfortunately I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed by this unit. There was an extreme lack of kitchen supplies. And the entire unit is dirty as if there was no cleaning done at all between us and the last family.

This place was right on the beach which was really nice. The interior shows wear but didnt interfere with our fun. This was one of the only vacations weve been on with comfortable living room furniture. So our family game nights were awesome. The beds are a lil stiff but manageable. Downstairs bathroom sink drain doesnt open. There was an issue with the listed address and getting our towels delivered. We were told 3(n.o. st) but it is actually 2 (unit3). But that too got sorted out. Great ac unit and well kitchen.

Nice house, great location, not very clean.

Without going into explicit detail, the house was not clean which left a very bad impression for me and my family. All in all we had a great vacation but for the amount of money spent, there should be a cleaning service that cleans thoroughly. Things that were moldy should be replaced or cleaned. The communication with the property manager was very good when reached out regarding a clogged tub drain, she was very quick to respond and fix the issue.

Most beautiful views

We had a wonderful family vacation! The views, the living space, the awesome kitchen, all amazing. Watching sunrises at this beach is magical, from the shoreline or the patio! Karen and Louis are the best communicators!
