We enjoyed staying here at the tennis club villa. Maggie was very helpful and responsive, check in process was easy, and the villa was clean and filled with everything we needed!

Fabulous property for a beach getaway! The condo was quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated, the bedding was super comfortable, and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of all of the condos where we have stayed until now. Would definitely recommend this condo for a beach vacation!

Amazing location!

Would definitely book this place again! We were there to play in a tennis tournament and loved being able to see other matches from our screened porch. Very clean, comfy bed, good pillows and only 4 miles to shops and restaurants in Freshfields. Awesome vacay :)

Love it!

We loved staying at the cute, clean and centrally located condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Owners were quickly responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

We were looking to upgrade from the last condo we stayed on Kiawah. This one didn't disappoint. It was great for my wife and me, in a very quiet neighborhood. We'd stay there again.

A little piece of paradise

Kiawah Island is absolutely gorgeous, we loved every second of our stay. The villa we stayed in at the tennis courts was very clean and very very nice. Love the screened in deck where I did my Bible study every morning. Short beautiful walk to the beach, just an amazing weekend and we will definitely be back l!

Wooooow...Just Wow!!!

We live in Michigan and we desperately needed to get away to some warmth and sunshine. I can't imagine finding a better place to stay. Less than a 15-minute walk to the most incredible sunrise ever! Maggie and Rob's condo was perfect...Perfect Size, Perfect Comfort, Perfect Amenities, Perfect Spot...Just Perfect! The Huge Comfy Bed made it hard to get up. And very comfortable furniture in the sitting area made for great naps, TV watching, and book reading. The wonderful screened-in porch with comfy furniture was perfect for breakfast and people-watching. LOL! Peaceful Surroundings and Respectful people all around. Helpful and friendly security, staff, and grounds people. And Maggie had outstanding recommendations plus she was incredibly friendly. She made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. Overall, the best vacation experience I have ever had. Can't wait to go back and take in more of Charleston and Folly Beach.

Just right for my husband and I. He is a tennis player so perfect to be so close to tennis center. Get your parking pass at gate when enter Kiawah.

Find Your Ocean Breeze at Kiawah Island's East Beach

This tennis villa offers calm and comfort for couples looking to connect with nature on Kiawah Island's East Beach. Bike paths, bike rentals, and tennis courts are close at hand for those looking to stay active. The Sanctuary Hotel is nearby for drinks and meals. You can bike or walk to East Beach in minutes. It's the perfect residence for a restorative trip to one of America's great beaches.

Nice enough, but......

This was my second time staying here. The location is not my most favorite but it's pretty good. The unit is nice enough I just have two comments. #1 ... The Ring camera at the front door. That's just kind of creepy and it would definitely be something I'd consider before staying here again. #2... The TV/cable situation. This is not really specific to this unit so just a general thought/suggestion. I do understand the no cable thing in rental units. My main issue with it is that I like to hear local news and see the local forecast. That makes it difficult. My main suggestion is if you are going to do this, each TV should have the capability for "casting" from a phone, tablet or laptop. The idea of me logging in to a service I have is just not something I like to do. But I can certainly cast from my devices... when it's available on the other end.

Cozy Kiawah

This is a perfect spot for a get away. The condo overlooks the tennis courts and is a short walk to the beach. Clean, neat and easy. Bike rental at Sanctuary Hotel is easy and one of the few that allow you to bike on the beach.
