What a perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday! The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location could not have been more convenient to the beach. All communications were prompt and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Overall very happy with our stay, proximity to beach was good. Would have loved if the fan on the sun porch worked but overall a very enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect, 3 minute walk to the beach! The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were no kitchen staples but it wasn’t an issue for us. Caroline was incredibly responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back!!

Location!

Wonderful Week!

My family and I had a wonderful week on Kiawah in this beautiful house. It's within easy walking distance of the beach and Night Heron Park, and very peaceful. Brought back many happy memories of my childhood vacations on the island. Thank you, Caroline!

Wonderful condo, so close to the beach!

We absolutely loved our time at Kiawah and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Super close to the beach and Night Heron Park. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We had a great time here! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk. We had one question come up while there and the owner was quick to reply and help.

It was a great stay. Amazing communication! Very clean! Great location (though the closest boardwalk has stairs rather than a ramp; had to go down to the next one for a ramp for the cooler). Screened-in porch was nice. Comfy beds. Just note there’s no ice maker in the refrigerator and there are no ceiling fans inside.

Great location!

House was as advertised, but the best part about this place is the location! Loved that it was in a more residential area with mainly houses (vs. condos) and was SO close to the beach. We enjoyed biking and walking around the area and it was centrally located to the park and close to the Sanctuary. Would definitely recommend!
