From the backyard you step directly onto the Dally Ski Way â a gentle green ski catwalk that leads straight to the Centennial Lift and Beaver Creek ski school meeting area. At the end of the day, ski back the same route right to your back steps and into your private ski room⊠or straight into the hot tub.
The home is also just a 0.2-mile downhill walk to Beaver Creek Village along heated, snow-melt sidewalks. For added convenience, the property sits on the Village Connect on-demand shuttle route, providing complimentary door-to-door rides throughout Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch.

A vaulted great room with multiple fireplaces and mountain views anchors the home. The gourmet kitchen with granite counters opens to a dining area seating 12 and a comfortable hearth/sitting room. Balconies offer ski-run views and include a grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining table â perfect for aprĂ©s-ski evenings.
LOWER LEVEL
A spacious ski room with boot dryers and storage racks makes getting ready effortless. The level also features a game and entertainment lounge, two Murphy beds for additional sleeping, and three ensuite guest bedrooms that open directly onto the patio and private hot tub.
UPPER LEVEL
The entire floor is a private primary suite with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, steam shower, mountain-view balcony, office workspace, and in-suite laundry. A pull-out sofa on the landing provides an additional sleeping option for children or guests.
A private elevator serves all floors. Designer furnishings throughout.
SKI ACCESS & PARKING
From the ski room, walk just a few steps to the Dally Ski Way â a short green catwalk easily navigated by kids and beginner skiers â and reach the Centennial Lift and ski school in minutes. No parking lots, buses, or base-area crowds.
Many local ski rental shops will deliver and custom-fit equipment directly at the home, allowing you to skip rental lines entirely.
Parking includes two heated garage spaces plus driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Snow-melt systems throughout the property and sidewalks ensure safe and easy winter access.

NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all rooms, decks, patios, mud room, garage, deck, hot tub and all other inside and external common areas of the home. This will be strictly enforced by the property manager.
NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the home or patio area at any time.
PARKING. Park in the two heated garage spaces provided, with overflow parking for 2-3 additional vehicles in the driveway just outside. Please keep the garage doors closed at all times to maintain heat and conserve energy.
QUIET HOURS. 11 PM to 7 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the building, pool and outside common areas.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
FIRE PIT ON FRONT DECK and LOWER PATIO. The gas fire pits are available for your use. Please be sure to turn the propane off at the tank as soon as you are finished using. Replacement tanks will only be provided at your expense. Note: during fire restrictions, no fire will be allowed.
