Communication and information from host was great! Very spacious, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Pretty clean. Only few complaints is there was no towel rack in one of the bathrooms ( broken off) and it’s pretty visibly dated in there. But the bathroom in the double room is really nice. Most of the furniture was nice, but the lampshade in the living room fell off and was being held on with tape. Also we had to buy toilet paper which was an inconvenience. Only 1 roll in each bathroom, so depending on how long your stay is, you may need to do the same. Overall loved our stay at this property, just a few things that could make it a little better.

Place was within walking distance of grocery store, two restaurants, a taco stand and McD less than block away. Pharmacy and 7/11 with Amazon lockers across street. Manager/Host very receptive to our needs and questions. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Peterson Automotive Museum. A long walk to Grove and Farmers Market food court. The VRBO map indicates that the apartment is in the vicinity of Carthay Circle, La Cienega Park, but it is about a km south, just south of W Pico Blvd.

Pros: Location was great for airport access and for commuting around LA. Grocery store and CVS within walking distance. Good amount of space for the price too. You won't find 3 bedrooms, 2 bath at this price in this area for less. If on a budget and you need the space, this spot will work well. Big couch, accessible tv and wifi.Cons: The unit is abit rough around the edges and grimy. The photos are technically accurate, but when you're there you'll see it doesn't feel as nice as the photos. Rough old towels, one shower sprayed outside the drain area and couldn't be adjusted, and the other had weak pressure. Toiletries were refilled with water to stretch their use. A few surfaces had old juice and crumbs on it there's tons of painted over water damage that might mean mold is hiding if that's something your sensitive to. There is no central AC, so directions regarding the thermostat are incorrect. AC wall unit gets cold, but only affects the living room so all the bedrooms stay warm without airflow. There are no fans to help. The outside area was full of trash and dog poop, but that may be out of the owner's control since the immediate area had a lot of people just hanging out on the sidewalk and streets dropping trash. The offered parking spot is right next to a large truck so keep in mind it only parks compact vehicles. Otherwise you need to park on the street, which is crowded in this area. For me, I'd spend a little more for a nicer spot or squeeze into a hotel.
