This 2bd/2ba unit sleeps 8 w/ 1 king & 1 full in the master bedroom and 2 fulls in the 2nd bedroom. This unit has a full kitchen, 3 flat screen televisions, & a private oceanfront balcony.

Room was nice. Beach chairs, extra pillows, blankets, cookware, and 2 types of coffee makers included. I wish there was an option to sign paperwork electronically instead of going to their office to sign and then the hotel to check in again.

The room was pretty outdated and bare minimum. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper left for 4 people for 4 nights! We had to go back over to the rental place for toilet paper which is kinda crazy. There was no coffee left either which is usually at every stay for Avista. If I had to rent next time I would just rent from the actual resort. Due to the amenities and getting the keys. So you didn’t actually get the keys from the rental place which I was told I would come back for keys specifically and you only come back to pick up a paper which could be emailed instead of going back there. Since we had to grab keys and pool bands from the actual resort at check in. So we had to check in 2 times at two different locations. Which is very inconvenient. Room was ready at 230 which was nice and the lady at the rental place was very nice also. Also this room was VERY noisy!! The vents and weird loud noises at all times of day and night. Also we had the world’s worst neighbors who slammed their doors all dang day and lots of screaming.
