On the day of your arrival, you will receive an email containing your unique access code and a quick guide for entering the home. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM.

From Orlando International Airport (MCO):
• Approx. 35–40 minutes
• Take FL-417 South (toll road) to I-4 West
• Exit 58 toward ChampionsGate Blvd
• Turn left onto Osceola Polk Line Rd, then left onto Reunion Blvd

From Tampa:
• Approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
• Take I-4 East toward Orlando
• Exit 58 toward ChampionsGate Blvd
• Turn right onto Osceola Polk Line Rd, then left onto Reunion Blvd

From Downtown Orlando:
• Approx. 40–45 minutes
• Take I-4 West toward Tampa
• Exit 58 toward ChampionsGate Blvd
• Left onto Osceola Polk Line Rd, then left onto Reunion Blvd

From Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB):
• Approx. 1 hour
• Take FL-417 South to I-4 West

Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be required to sign our digital rental agreement, provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and submit a selfie for verification to finalize your reservation.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 is collected as a pre-authorization prior to check-in.

Additional Fees: The nightly rate does not include a mandatory departure cleaning fee, property protection fee, and state/local taxes. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies for guests beyond the base number of 16.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund (minus processing fees) is available for cancellations made 31+ days before arrival. 50% of the reservation value is lost for cancellations 7-30 days before arrival, and 100% is lost for cancellations within 6 days of arrival.

Pool Heat: Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be booked for the entire stay. Please request it in advance.

Security Cameras: For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and overlooking the pool equipment. There are no cameras inside the home.
