Faites une promenade à pied ou à vélo en famille sur la célÚbre promenade de bord de mer, qui se trouve à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Ou détendez-vous simplement sur une chaise de jardin sur le patio avant pendant que les enfants jouent dans la cour partiellement clÎturée avec le majestueux océan Pacifique juste en face de vous. AprÚs une journée passée sur la plage et dans les vagues, revenez réchauffer les enfants devant le foyer au gaz pendant que maman se détend dans le bain à remous Master SUITE.

Location cannot be beat! Well equipped condo, fireplace was wonderful. Condo could use a refreshed interior paint job and master bedroom mattress has serious divots. Overall a fabulous and easy place to stay! Thanks again.

We had a wonderful trip to Seaside. Condo was large and very comfortable. Walkable to so many different places. View was great. Will make this our Go To beach location. Very clean and well stocked.

Perfect Location!

Loved the location! So convenient to access both the beach and also local restaurants, shopping, etc. Also loved being right on the Promenade for morning walks. The convenience was so perfect for beach comings and goings with the kids. The condo was well appointed and all the beds were comfortable. 5 of us stayed very comfortably. We mostly ate out for dinner but cooked simple breakfasts and lunches in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. They also had some beach chairs (4) that were very handy along with some sand toys.

The Promenade at Seaside condo was cozy and perfect for our family. It has a great oceanfront location and a block away from all the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo was just a few steps to the boardwalk from the back door. It was clean and well stocked with all the basic needs for our short stay like soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. They even provided a few camp chairs and beach towels for the beach. The west coast sunsets are amazing.

Great location!

Easy walk to everything in seaside. Condo was clean and comfortable. It was great to walk out the front door right onto the prom and beach.

The property was geat, just about everything we needed. The TV was inoperable, too many remotes, no instructions. We didn't even try the fireplace. The dumpster was overflowing most of our stay. Check in was a mess. We did not receive the email telling us where the key was. No one at your agents office was available by phone. Your agent is overpaid if that is how they treat all the customers. But, once we got in, the remainder of the stay was fine.

Excellent location and amenities

We loved this condo for many reasons. Location was so close to shops, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. all within walking distance. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. We both got the best night sleep due to the beds being so comfortable and the bedding so soft and inviting. In fact, we are both going to order the sheets and the pillows. When I come back to Seaside, I will definitely be seeing if this condo is available.And Lisa was amazing to work with. Great communication is key.

Perfect Location, Well Appointed!

Really beautiful property with quality furnishings and housewares. Even though it's on the first floor, the view was still amazing! The location was perfect, close to everything in downtown Seaside. So much better than staying in a local hotel!

A Widows Getaway

It was so relaxing. The trip filled our spirit and renewed our soul. The condo location was so convenient for everyone. The amenities were good (loved the gas fireplace), and the size of the livingroom was perfect for all.

Loved it.

The property was great. We did have gorgeous weather which helped. We walked to the aquarium. We played games a lot. It took us forever to fihure out the TV. We ate in and in town. The view is exceptional.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful location & nice view of dunes & ocean. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots & pans if you enjoy cooking. The fireplace & furniture was comfortable to just relax & we all could play cards at the table & still hear & see the view. Was disappointed in the cleanliness. Maybe the housekeeping was in a hurry.

Exceeded our expectations!

This condo felt like home! It was so comfortable and welcoming. It was clean and ready for a great stay in Seaside. The beds were very comfortable, but the couch and recliner were a bit to be desired. We loved the fireplace on the cold evenings.

Best place with grandchildren

This is our second time staying with the grandchildren. We had the best time it’s close to everything. We don’t have to drive anywhere. The beach is Right there and just a walk to town around The corner My grandchildren loved the bumper cars.
