Guest access
The home is exclusively yours during your stay, complete with a private entrance and parking. Entry is made easy with a keyless door lock (access code provided prior to check-in), offering flexibility for your arrival and departure. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the front door and a full staircase to the basement. Small children should be supervised on the stairs to ensure their safety. Enjoy full access to all areas of the home during your stay!

HOUSE RULES:

~Strict No smoking, No pets, NO PARTIES, or gatherings.
~Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please ensure the number of guests is accurate at the time of booking. Maximum of 6 adults.
~Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
~Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.
~Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not leave food or waste outside, as it may attract wildlife.
~If you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself, including washing dishes and returning items to their original places.
~Adjust the thermostat responsibly and turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use.
~Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
~Free parking - two spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking. Do not block driveways or other vehicles.
~Guests do not have access to the garage
~Adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements are made.
~No businesses allowed to be run out of the house. This includes but is not limited to crypto mining, laundry service, pet grooming, auto repair, etc...
~Fireplace or Fire Pit: use these amenities responsibly and never leave fires unattended. Follow provided safety guidelines.
~Internet and all cameras are to remain operational and not permitted to be disabled or disconnected in any way.
~The host is not responsible for any personal items left behind.

Violation of these rules, including hosting parties or unregistered guests, may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Additionally, a fine of up to $2,000 may be assessed for rule violations.
