We’re the proud new owners of this modern 3-plus-bedroom home in the convenient Dodger’s Hole neighborhood of Edgartown, located on a quiet, dead end street. We updated many of the furnishings, beach gear and outdoor amenities this year.

This custom-built, tri-level Colonial-style home offers Central AC, open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings, abundant natural light and a family-friendly flow. The show-stopping gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, handcrafted soapstone countertops and a Carrara marble island. A convenient dining table captures the morning sunlight and nests between the living room and kitchen. Four glass panels, two of which slide open to a large Mahogany deck, provide easy outdoor access. An ample outdoor shower and terraced yard frame the private backyard space. A half-bath, laundry, mudroom entryway and an inviting media/TV room round out the first floor.

The second floor has a Primary Bedroom with a Queen bed, deluxe en suite bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. Bedroom Two has a Queen bed and accesses a full-bath with tub/shower. Bedroom Three–with exposed beams, additional Twin and en suite bath with walk-in shower offers privacy. A spacious loft with sectional, TV and work desk provides additional family and office space.

The completely finished and furnished basement offers a comfortable and cozy TV room, games, dining table, half-bath, couches and pull-outs. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The bike path is a few hundred yards away–providing convenient access in all directions. Downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are all short 10-minute drives.

Property management stays in a nearby apartment–ensuring that every detail of your vacation is taken care of quickly and efficiently.

The house is beautiful! Everything feels brand new, open and airy with ample space. We’re a family of 5 with 3 young children; the kids were very comfortable and enjoyed the house as well. The location was great in between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. You’ll need a car to get to most places, but everything is convenient and easy to get to. The house had all kitchen necessities as well as beach chairs and beach towels.

We are Patti and Bill, the proud new owners of this awesome home in the Dodger's Hole neighborhood of Edgartown. We recently moved to Martha's Vineyard from Vermont and we couldn't be happier. Owning a home on Martha's Vineyard is a dream come true for both of us. We have been escaping to Martha's Vineyard since the late 80s. And in the Fall of '25, we saw this house for sale and decided to make the move. And now, we are excited to share this amazing home with others who are drawn to this truly special place. This home was completely renovated less than 10 years ago and it has a long history of repeat rentals. We are currently updating many of the rooms, improving the furnishings, adding more amenities and enhancing the experience for guests. We appreciate you considering this home for your vacation. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it. Hopefully, you feel the same way.

What is particularly appealing about the location of our home in Edgartown is how centrally located it is to everything the island has to offer. There probably isn't a more convenient spot on the island than the Dodger's Hole neighborhood. Just a few hundred yards puts you on the bikepath, which leads to virtually anywhere on the island. The bus stop is equally as close, offering another convenient way to explore the island. What's more, checking out downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven are all under 10 minutes away. And State Beach and South Beach are also just a few minutes away.

When we first pulled up to this home, we were struck by the vibe of the home. To us, it felt like a real home–and not just another rental. The quality of the home's construction was apparent, immediately. And when you step into the home for the first time, you will feel it too. The finishes, furnishing and appliances are all wonderfully considered and thoughtfully designed. The home is a wonderful blend of modern, combined with the comfort and warmth of a renovated farmhouse. Every door, floor, window and built-in is solid. There's nothing flimsy or poorly made to be found. It's quality, through and through.
