Comfy sofas face a 65‑inch TV for movie nights or game days. The open‑plan layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table seats ten guests, perfect for family meals or celebratory gatherings.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare fresh meals, and a propane grill sits just outside for al‑fresco cooking. The dining table comfortably accommodates ten, encouraging long, leisurely brunches.

Outdoor living
A private swimming pool glistens under the sun, with an optional safety fence available on request. An outdoor shower rinses away sand after beach trips, while the fire table adds warmth for cooler evenings. Comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas create a relaxed lounge space, and a pool table and ping‑pong set promise endless fun.

Parking & laundry
The driveway holds three to four cars; please note parking on the grass is not permitted. A washer and dryer are provided, with detergent included for your convenience.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with the following devices:

Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording the front door/entryway, parking area, and backyard/pool area. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside private living spaces or bedrooms.
A noise monitoring device is installed. This device measures noise levels only to help prevent excessive disturbances and does not record conversations or audio.

Pre-check-in form: Required to be filled out within 24 hours of confirming your reservation
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Registered guests only: No unauthorized visitors are permitted
No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine
No pets: $250 fine
Guests who violate the city's noise ordinance after 9 pm shall be penalized and liable for any and all violations imposed by the city as well as additional fines (MIN fine $500).

Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
