Girls Week

This wonderful home offers ample space, and we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool area. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and cafés, making it all walkable. Val, the property manager, is truly amazing!

The kitchen was a nice size but could benefit from a review of available utencils. There were lots of outdoor aluminum/metal but we did not see any silcone or appropraite spatulas etc for the non-stick. Also, would add kitchen sissor & towels. The pool was great, we were there for a cold/rainy couple days & heating the pool worked well. While the younger crowd spent every night in the pool - the adults found it warm for daytime swimming. Heating probably not necessary for normal weather.

We had an amazing time and were very comfortable in this house. 1 block to gated private beach. Definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable home for a large group

The house is very comfortable; kitchen is well equipped and living area is very roomy for a large group. Customer care contact (Valerie) was very courteous and responsive. Location is great. I would stay there again.

The house needs a upgrade. The pool filter wasn’t put on until the day before we left, the stares outsde were cracked & broken, no tv connection in the master bedroom. False advertised as “a private beach” but it was 4 blocks away & public. Not as advertised.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to provide some additional context: - The pool was serviced twice during your stay, and we have photo documentation confirming it was clean and in good condition; we also kept the pool heat on during your visit to support your experience, as this is typically an added daily amenity. - We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the TVs; all are equipped with Roku and have been confirmed to be working properly. - The beach is located a few blocks away, with both a nearby public access point and a quieter area typically used by the surrounding neighborhood. Absolutely Great Stay...

House was very nice & clean. Check-in was by code which I loved...my flight was delayed so code check-in was perfect. Nice lil best kept secret everything was great for our work/vacation. We come every year for our annual work trip. Definitely booking this one again!

Golf weekend

Our annual golf trip to Florida was greatly enhanced by our stay at the Pompano Beach House. The location and accommodations were perfect for our group. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio where we could enjoy the weather and pool and also be protected from the sun when necessary. It's a quick car or Lyft ride to many great restaurants and good golf.

Graduation 2025

This was awesome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect fit, kitchen and outdoor area worked out really well for family time. The property manager Val was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and made recommendation's.

Great place to gather

5 couples traveling for a wedding. Property was great for gathering, and easy walk to the beach. Only improvement would be cushions for the dining room and barstools. Everyone commented on how hard and uncomfortable they were. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and time together. Would recommend for any large groups.

Quick beach getaway

Great location lots to do, but had to keep messaging the property manager about stuff. Loved the heated pool, but always ran out of hot water for showers. Kitchen and dinning set up wonderful for large family. Overall great for my family of 7 adults. We were looking for a quick getaway to chill and relax by the pool and got it!!

Great time and nice house

Plenty of room for the adults and kids. Good location. Short walk to beach AC is probably undersized for the house, as others have commented, but we found it to be comfortable enough. The house has plenty of fans to help move the air around. Pool is wonderful Kitchen supplies were definitely sufficient Would stay again without question.

Great Stay! Great Location!

This Pompano Beach home is perfect for grilling and chilling. Stayed here Sat - Mon, with a couple of friends prior to going on a cruise out of Port Everglades. We felt like we had our own private oasis! Never had to leave the house once we got groceries! Fully recommend. Mike was a great host. Texted friendly reminders throughout to make sure we didn’t miss any check in or check out procedures.

Great location, walking distance to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to the beach — and the patio area and pool are great places to relax. The home is also priced very reasonably for the area.With a few small updates, this place could easily go from great to amazing. Some low‑cost improvements that would really enhance the guest experience include:• Adding shower caddies in all bathrooms so guests don’t have to keep toiletries on the floor.• Installing additional towel hooks to make the bathrooms more functional.• Adding frosting or privacy film to the glass blocks near the shower area.• Making better use of the large common room — a pool table or additional lounge-style seating could make it a more engaging space.• Updating the carpets or transitioning to hardwood for a fresher, more modern feel.• Addressing the rust around the patio doors or replacing with more rust‑resistant materials.• Improving bedroom lighting to make the rooms brighter and more welcoming.• Checking the dresser drawers to ensure they open and close properly.Overall, we liked the location and amenities, and with a few thoughtful upgrades, this property could truly stand out.
