Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great escape to serenity. This was our second visit to this property, the internet service was far better this year for streaming. Our kids love the pool and game room. A quick drive to downtown allowed for multiple day trips as well.

The cabin was exactly as described. We had 4 kids& 2 adults. There was more than enough room for everyone. The pool was perfect & the theater room was just the thing. We enjoyed our stay so much! We were closer to quaint craft stores & 15 miss to great dining in Gatlinburg.

The place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, great amenities. The maintenance crew was extremely helpful with couple of issues. A huge storm went through causing the roof to leak over the billiard table. We put towels and pans down to collect the water. Called them, had someone there within less than an hour to clean it up. Great job! The hot tub cover was ripped and water logged. We had to leave it off the entire time. The hot tub jets were not strong. It could use a new hot tub. Everything else was a ten! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! The kids want to make it an annual trip to this house. They enjoyed the movie room, played on there PlayStation. The pool, fridge and hot tub all on one level a 10. They played billiards everyday! A 10! We did have a black bear get into the car and did some damage. We didn’t leave anything in the car, the kids forgot to lock the back door. The maintenance man say her open the door and walk into the car. He was able to get her out quickly. He pounded on our door to alert that morning. Not the alarm clock you want ringing on vacation but thanks guys for getting her out of the car!

What a vacation story! We're so glad that despite a major storm—and one very curious bear—your family had such a wonderful time at the home. Thank you especially for recognizing our maintenance team. When the storm caused the unexpected roof leak, we're glad they were able to arrive within the hour and get everything cleaned up. We're also grateful our maintenance team happened to spot your furry visitor climbing into the car and could quickly help encourage her back out! Definitely not the vacation wake-up call anyone expects. Your experience is also a great reminder of just how clever our Smoky Mountain bears can be and why keeping vehicle doors locked is so important. We appreciate your comments about the hot tub cover and jets and will share those with the homeowner for evaluation. Most of all, we love hearing how much the kids enjoyed the theater, pool, and daily billiards—and that they're already campaigning to make this an annual tradition! Thank you for the wonderful recommendation. We hope your next getaway brings all those 10/10 moments again, with a little less excitement from Mother Nature and the local wildlife!
