Please Note: This property is our own vacation home and operated by us, not a 3rd party company. Please treat it like your own home. Guest booking must be over age 25, sign renter agreement provide drivers license copy within 24 hours, and submit a $200 security deposit. Fireplaces are for display purposes only (no heat). The listing does not have real fire. Individual items or decor in home are subject to change occasionally due to wear and tear, damages or removals. We do our best to make sure everything is in excellent working condition, but appliances have the ability to stop working without notice - this includes TVs, internet, arcades, hot tub/sauna, kitchen appliances, Grill, HVAC system, etc. If this occurs host is not able to provide refunds due to circumstantial issues that are not fully in the hosts control. Lastly, exterior driveway of property has blink security camera at parking area to ensure safety of guest and property.

Host was highly communicative before, during and after the visit. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Plenty of towels and other necessities. Great coffee bar and selection. I’m already planning on another booking at this gorgeous property. Prime location and very convenient to Gatlinburg while still being very private and quiet. Wonderful stay.

Neil was awesome! He was extremely helpful with arrival, our stay, and even departure. The cabin was magnificent. Beautifully decorated, all the appliances you need to cook, great amenities if you have children as well, hot tub and sauna too. Perfect location as well. Not too high in the mountains and very close to downtown. 10/10 if you’re looking for a beautiful cabin for a nice getaway. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

This cabin is even better than the pictures We had the best time and the location is wonderful . There was a family of three bears that we saw multiple times on our trip . The cabin was super clean and well stocked . We all really enjoyed the game room . Look no further because this is the best cabin you’ll find .

It was wonderful!!! We absolutely love the house, the decor, the setting, all of it. It was perfect for our group of 7. The kids loved the games, the beds were so comfortable, and everything was very clean. Neil was very accessible and attentive with information and checking in with me. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin.

The I Love View Cabin was absolutely amazing!! Everything inside was absolutely beautiful from the decor to all of the cozy blankets. Everything that you would need as far as amenities was absolutely the best!! If you are looking for a cabin off the main strip within a short driving distance of restaurants and shopping, then do not pass up the I Love View Cabin. Neil was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. They answered all our questions quickly and provided clear check-in instructions, making our arrival seamless.We will definitely be back and we wanna stay at that exact same cabin. The next time we come to the Smoky Mountains.

Not enough tan gas, also one of the door does not lock. Not enough space to but trash and to many instructions to check out and they have not release my deposit and has been 5 days after my check out. Also some of the video games machines does not work.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry your stay was anything less then amazing. We messaged multiple times during your visit to check in, but weren’t alerted to these concerns at the time—had we known, we would have jumped in right away to help. We have inspected the locks, games, etc and found everything working properly - possibly user error. The security deposit is a temporary hold disclosed in both the listing description and the renter agreement at booking. We take so much pride in consistently providing excellent stays, and we’re sorry we missed the chance to make this a 5-star experience for you.

Family Fun

The cabin was a great place to stay after hiking all day. The hot tub and sauna were great to relax. The kids loved the arcade. It was close enough to the national park and downtown, but far enough away to get a break from the craziness. Neil was a great host and the house had some fun additions like the coffee bar. My boys also loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. We can’t recommend this place enough!
