This freshly renovated, fabulous home on a quiet cul de sac in Waveland is large enough to accommodate 11 with a stunning gourmet kitchen, covered back deck with electric grill/smoker, multiple common areas, and golf cart. Large enough to accommodate several families or a multi-generational family vacation, our escape offers four bedrooms-including two king beds, queen/twin bunk, and a quad bunk room ensuring there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, one being an en-suite with massive spa-like shower and the second a hall bath easily accessible to everyone. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure at the beach or other local attractions, gathering for a family movie night in front of the 85” TV with full surround sound, or a cozy night in by the electric fireplace, this lovely home offers a perfect retreat.

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances including multi-function induction stove/oven, microwave, French door refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, and a variety of small appliances to provide for every chef’s need. KitchenAid stand mixer and custom coffee cabinet with Keurig/drip combo, plus pots, pans, 6 qt slow cooker, family size griddle and numerous spices are provided to inspire your inner chef. Massive four seater island guarantees gathering and connecting over a breakfast latte, during a cocktail hour, or cooking demonstration while Chef prepares the meal. Indoor dining for 12 and covered deck outdoor dining for 8.

No need to worry how to occupy the kiddos on a rainy day, as we offer a separate playroom area stocked with board games and TV. There are Roku TVs with YouTubeTV and all the streaming platforms in every bedroom, plus living room, playroom, and covered back deck, so you never miss a minute of the game while watching the grill!

Dedicated workspace is available in the queen/twin room for those moments you (regrettably) must connect with the office, such as when the boss calls with a “critical issue requiring your specialized expertise”, or to just send off a few emails.

Pup friendly, fenced in backyard. Our pup is a member of our family, so we want you to be able to bring yours on your trip. Your Comet stays free as long as no cleanup is required after you depart. You scoop for free, we scoop for fee. ;) Cleanup fee starting at $100 if evidence of pet is left behind. Dogs (up to 2) under 45 pounds are permitted at no pet fee with the provision that you clean up after your dog inside and outside. Additional charges may apply for exceptions to this pet policy. No other animals permitted (except giraffes!)…and we want photos of your Comet enjoying our retreat. Our spoiled pup particularly enjoys a sunny spot on the back deck.

4 person golf cart (must be driven by licensed, insured driver at all times) with dual Bluetooth speakers available for use at an additional $50/day rate empowers you to enjoy the Waveland/Bay St. Louis area with relatively no issues finding parking. The Waveland/Bay St Louis are is very golf cart friendly and permits golf carts on any street with a speed limit of 25 mph or less except for Nicholson Ave, Waveland Ave, and US90. Venture to beach, fishing spots, casino, water park, or downtown Bay St. Louis shopping and dining, all while be-bopping around on the golf cart. Speaking of parking, ample parking is available onsite in carport and driveway for 4+ vehicles for you and your guests. For those days at the beach, we provide coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and pop up canopy. Beach towels are provided for all guests - you just bring the sunscreen.

Pet policy fine print: Dogs (up to 2) under 45 pounds are permitted at no pet fee with the provision that you clean up after your dog inside and outside. Any additional dog over (2) or any dog above the policy weight limit will incur an additional one-time charge of $50.00 per policy exception. Maximum of 3 dogs permitted and maximum dog weight permitted is 75 pounds. Failure to clean up after your dog will result in a minimum of a $100 cleaning fee. Damage caused by your pet could result in loss of your damage deposit and possibly additional charges. Cats are strictly prohibited.
