Amazing place

This place was amazing, Very clean and comfortable, beds were great and the monster sectional was great after a long day skiing. Location was perfect, 100m walk to gondola, ski back to the rear of building, 20' down hall to pool and gym and hot tub on the deck was so relaxing. Great place to stay and will be going back soon.

Thanksgiving with family

We rented condo so our family could be together for Thanksgiving. We were disappointed about the trails for walking/hiking as Big White obvious caters to the winter crowd.

There were 5 of us and the place was a great size for 4 adults and one child. There were lots of games and books available, a variety of cookware and small appliances. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool, its not large but gave her an outlet for her energy. She was also able to sled behind the building. The negative was we could not us the ski locker,it was locked with I assume the owners skis and being on the ground floor we couldn't keep them on the balcony, so they had to be stored in the car. The other issue was that the ensuite shower really needs a good cleaning. But we enjoyed being able to ski in at the end of the day and it is an easy walk to Laura's lift.

Generally it was a great location, however - it was rather uncomfortable sleeping since it was definitely not cleaned well (we tried to do some cleaning of our own). There was human hair all over the bed sheets and in the corners of alot of areas (ie washroom, living room). We know it was a pet friendly condo (we expected maybe just dog hair, which there was a particularly lots of black dog hair, which is more preferred than human hair!)We moved around the coffee table to make room for the sofa bed but stopped when we found food bits (even a dried broccoli!) kitchen was somewhat clean - so that was nice! just some pizza or pasta residue on the handles of the fridge and cabinet. (samples of hair that was found all over the 2 main bedrooms, trust me..it was all over the bed sheets and under the covers...aaaa)

The Raven

This property was a disappointing. We have stayed in a lot of places at Big White over the years. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. I had to clean the hallway and under the furniture to be able to relax. The kitchen lacked proper utensils and cookware. The third bedroom is not a bedroom … more like a supply closet. I learned something …. You get what you pay for and this was one of the less expensive properties. We will spend more next time and be more comfortable.

Hi, Jennifer, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again!

Perfect for what we needed.

Was a cozy comfy place on the bottom floor of the building. Was a short walk close to Happy Valley and the Laura Gondola that takes you right to the middle of the village. Had a nice Hot Tub on the deck with the pool and workout room just down the hall from the unit. Was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of towels for the hot tub, and comfy sectional couch for lounging after a long day of skiing. Overall a great place to stay.

Home sweet home.

Had the most spectacular time there. The accommodations were like coming home. Felt comfortable right away and the furnishings were exceptionally nice. Ample room to move about freely and everything we needed for the stay was there. Location is great as it is only a short walk to the lift and skating rink. Super convenient and safe. We could ski right back to the backdoor and walk in to a toasty hot tub. Can't wait to book another trip.
