Coastal Charm is your home away from home in Carillon Beach with 6 bedrooms. This terrific recently completely remodeled and interior designer decorated house offers plenty of space for everyone. It features 3 king beds, a bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, a queen bed in the separate carriage house, and 2 sofa beds (one sofa bed in the connected primary bedroom sitting room and the other in the 3rd floor loft). Guests enjoy 4 bathrooms (3 en suite King bedrooms), each with a bathtub or shower to refresh after a day of fun.

After a day at the beach, enjoy your private pool and hot tub in the private backyard on a green belt. The pool heater is included with your stay.

You will enjoy the cool ocean breeze on our large 1st floor back patio and two porches. You will have magnificent views of the ocean and Lake Powell from the third floor Crow's Nest.

A complimentary EV charger is available for you use in the garage.

We also include 2 beach loungers (fixed location) with one umbrella and 4 beach chairs with two umbrellas set up closer to the beach. March 1-Oct 31 daily beach chair service.
