Stay in the heart of Tel Aviv at this charming 1-bedroom apartment on Ben Yehuda 142, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. With around 65 sqm of space, it’s cozy yet perfectly designed for comfort.



The Space:

The bedroom features a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room, a comfortable sofabed offers additional sleeping space for two guests, along with a second bathroom equipped with shower and toilet.



The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV.



The building has an elevator, though please note there are a few steps to take from the elevator to the apartment entrance.



Located on lively Ben Yehuda Street, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and bars, while the beach is only a short stroll away. Whether you’re here for leisure or work, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and both bathrooms. The apartment is located in a secure building with an elevator; however, please note that a few steps are required from the elevator to reach the entrance. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, and all appliances are available for your use, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

I’m available during daytime hours to assist you with any questions or needs you may have throughout your stay. For urgent matters, I can be reached during nighttime as well.



Please note that I am not available on Shabbat, but I’ll ensure everything is prepared and organized for a smooth and enjoyable experience before then. For any emergencies during this time, alternative arrangements will be in place to support you.
