This cozy private cottage is walking distance to local cafes, dining, grocery stores and downtown Sandpoint. Relax in the fenced backyard or walk out among nearby old growth trees.

The cottage is a one bedroom one bathroom house with a open living room and small kitchenette space including a microwave and mini fridge.

No pets allowed. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. Please remove any food items. If you accidentally break or stain something, let us know. Thank You!

The space
The cottage is well located for the local historic neighborhood experience while nearby to downtown activities of restaurants, art galleries and shopping. Walk down the street amongst large maple trees towards the local cafes, or simply hang out on the covered porch and relax!

Tranquil, private, sweet little cottage in the heart of Sandpoint. Close and convenient to everything but tucked away and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely place, I'd stay there again, no question.

The cottage was very clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to check in were very clear. We had all the essentials that we needed for the weekend. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were super soft. We enjoyed playing some games we found on the shelf and when it was time to wind down, the smart TV was very easy to use. It was conveniently located near restaurants (try The Fat Pig, you won't be sorry). The private yard was a really nice touch. When we come back again we will definitely be hoping to book here again.

The cottage is adorable! It's small, but every square inch is functional, like a tiny house. I loved having my morning coffee on the sweet front porch, listening to the birds. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted if you want to eat in, but all the great restaurants are only a few blocks away. It was close to everything, and I spent lots of time at the lake, but I felt like I was in my own private country cottage in the woods. Grocery shopping is a 5 minute walk and there's a Big 5 store nearby if you forgot your beach chair (like I did!) And don't get me started about the bed! One of the most comfortable, amazing beds I've ever slept in. Words escape me.... you have to experience it for yourself. I'm already planning a trip back this summer and hope I can stay here again.

The cottage was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were the softest I have ever felt. We enjoyed playing the games they had in the cottage and walking through the neighborhood to reach nearby restaurants. The bathroom had some essential toiletries, even, and the towels felt fresh. We were able to get to anywhere we wanted to go easily. The location was perfect and situated between two grocery stores, a block or two away. We will definitely book again next time we come to town. The communication with the owner was very easy. Thanks for the great stay! It was perfect for us!
