Recently remodeled, it features a cozy great room with a seating and dining area, a flat screen smart TV in the living room and bedroom, cable and Wifi. You will find the kitchen equipped with utensils, dishes and pans. The king master bedroom has an on-suite with a beautifully updated bath tub/shower and vanity area. There are linens, books, games, movies and beach folding chairs/umbrella provided for your convenience. In the evenings, grill fresh seafood beachside or watch the sunset from the balcony.

You will also have access to all of the Perdido Sun building amenities: 300 feet of private beach for our resort guests. You can choose to rent chairs and beach umbrellas from the vender on the beach, if you prefer.
