Good house to stay if you'll be in the area. There's a nice kitchen table that ended up being great for some games.

Very clean and well-kept. There were couple of insects inside that could use pesticides treatment, but hey, you are in Florida - so not a deal breaker.

The property was a beautiful company. The cleaning could use some help along with the lawn care made it very hard to walk in and out of the walkway. Also, the backyard was not manicure at all back patio area wasn’t clean and that the bugs in the sink and we were allowed to flush any toilet paper down two of the bathroom. They had a big size they do not flush toilet paper very disappointed. But overall, we made the best of.

Our team always stands ready to address any issues immediately, though we did not receive any communication regarding the landscaping, patio, or plumbing during your stay. Regarding the bathrooms, our toilets are fully functional and standard toilet paper is absolutely flushable; we only ask guests to avoid flushing heavy feminine or wet-wipe products to protect the system. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone. Host was very clear with instructions on what they wanted us to do for check out and very communicative with confusion between check out times. We loved this place.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this rental. Owner was easy to communicate with, location was easy to find, the house was very accommodating for our needs. It’s located in a nice, quiet family friendly neighborhood and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. House was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space!

Pros and cons to the unit gulf breezeThe beautiful trees views around. Very safe family friendly neighborhood, con to the big trees would be all the mosquitos. You walk out for a minute and get bit. Recommend mosquito treatments around home.The unit was clean, however just know it has carpet all upstairs which made it musky because humid locations shouldn’t have carpet to trap moisture. You could see that the air vents had moisture issues, with mold in vents master bathroom being the most I saw.Really liked that the unit was fully stocked with beach towels and tons of extra shower towels. You will be fully stocked! The kitchen had good amount of pots and pans, coffee mugs, cups etc no issues with kitchen stock, however they do have serious refrigerator issues you will see that the slot built for the fridge is too tight and the fridge doesn’t get good air circulation, causing it to not cool properly in my option. You can see that the owners know the issue because above the fridge they seemed to have tried to cut holes to help the air flow. The refrigerator never got below 48degrees which is a huge issue. No one came out to address or fix it for our 3 nights stay, we were just told how we could fix it or make it better on our own, the owner does have a large freezer available in the garage close off the kitchen. And a mini refrigerator In The garage. But not enough space, so we ended up using our coolers the whole trip.In the garage they had beach: toys, wagon, 6-7 chairs

We are thrilled you loved the beautiful tree views, the safe neighborhood, and our fully stocked kitchen and beach gear for your beach wedding preparation. We take appliance safety seriously and immediately deployed a technician to test the new kitchen refrigerator with a certified appliance thermometer. The unit is fully functional and safely maintaining standard refrigeration temperatures under 40 degrees. You used an outdoor temperature gauge that can unfortunately give inaccurate readings inside an appliance, especially during high-use events like wedding prep where doors are opened frequently. We have also deep-cleaned the upstairs AC vents to ensure pristine air quality. Thank you for staying with us!

This property was perfect for my family, spacious and comfortable to spread out for family fun. Rental property close to beach, stores, restaurants and the boardwalk. Backyard is very pleasant for family hangouts. The property also had wagon, beach chairs and toys. I had a couple of questions though out my stay and Nutan our hostess’s responded quickly.
