Great layout and location (10 minutes Pensacola and 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach). Super quiet area that is convenient to a store and a great park/waterfront. Fenced in backyard was perfect for us and our dog. Dana was a great communicator. The house was well stocked and comfortable

Beautiful home

The home was beautifully decorated, has a nice kitchen with new appliances, awesome master bed/bath, many TV viewing options, and close to stores, restaurants, and beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating.

Beautiful home in Gulf Breeze

This home was beautiful! We loved everything about it and enjoyed the fenced backyard and quiet neighborhood! Our host Dana was very nice and accommodating and easy to reach! The location was perfect, between the beach and Pensacola. We will definitely be staying again on future trips!

We loved the house so much we came back for the second time Dana was quick to answer any questions we had about where to watch fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy drive to the beaches or into Pensacola!

Love this property!

The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. Everything was very clean, and Dana was easy to contact. The yard was fenced in and perfect for my dog.

The Pelican House in Pensacola

Beautiful, inviting home, very clean, house has everything you need and more. House is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and a short eight minute drive to the beach. We take a yearly family trip to Pensacola, we will definitely book this home again.

The house is very clean, updated and so comfortable. The area is quiet, near the beach, the bay and the sound. The beach is fabulous.Dana is an excellent host. She is responsive and helpful. We brought our two dogs who enjoyed the yard. Some of our family visited for Thanksgiving and all were comfortable, especially the children. We look forward to staying here again. I would highly recommend this home.

Great house & location

This property was a great location! We were minutes away from the beach, boardwalk & activities. The house was perfect for our family & dog. It was clean, plenty of room, a quiet neighborhood and a fenced back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cook the majority of our meals. We will be staying here again as we have family in the area to visit!

The stay was beyond our expectations! This home is just beautiful! Everything is so thought out from the towels to the linens and blankets. We’ve already said when we come back next year this is where we will stay! We are picky people. No complaints!

Wonderful property & property management

This was our first trip to Pensacola and we had such a wonderful stay. The property is in an excellent location with just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was very accommodating. Great home for a family and the yard was a nice bonus for the dogs. We will definitely be back - and I highly recommend the property!! Thank you again!!

Beautiful Christmas Holiday

This home was everything we hoped for. It was beautifully remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Comfortable for my grandchildren, our adult children, and our mini Aussie. We had a little mishap and locked ourselves out and the owner responded immediately. Thank you Dana for being such a great host. We will be back!
