Guests have access to the entire home! You can park in the private driveway or on the street right in front of the home. You can easily park up to 4 cars during your stay!

Nestled in peaceful Seminole, Saltwater Social House is just minutes from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. You’re 5 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and a short drive to Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Clearwater — perfect for sun-soaked days or beachside adventures. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with local shops, casual dining, and parks nearby, making it ideal for relaxing, exploring, or simply soaking up the coastal vibes.



Getting Around:

Most of our guests explore the area by car, but public transit is available nearby. The PSTA bus connects Seminole with Largo, St. Petersburg, and Indian Rocks Beach. For beach hopping, the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach — a fun, easy way to get around without worrying about parking.

✓ No Pets on Furniture — While we love pets, please keep them off the furniture to avoid stains, hair, and lingering odors. This helps maintain the quality of our furnishings for all guests.



✓ No Smoking Inside — Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



✓ Neighborhood Respect — Saltwater Social House is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise and treat the area with care.



✓ Fireplace in the living room is decorative only



✓ No Parties or Events — To preserve the home’s condition and ensure a positive experience for all, we ask guests to avoid hosting parties or large events.

To keep everything looking fresh and welcoming for all guests, please cover the furniture and hot tub after use. ✓ BBQ & Firepit Safety — If you use the BBQ or firepit, please make sure the fire is completely extinguished and covers are back on before heading inside. Always turn off the propane tanks after use. Safety is our top priority, and following these steps helps future guests enjoy the space just as much as you do.



✓ Games Galore — Mini golf, bocce ball, frisbee discs, cornhole, and life-size Jenga are stored in the hallway closet by the game room. Please return all games to their proper spot after playing. Leaving them outside could damage them, and we want every guest to enjoy these amenities in perfect condition.



✓ Gym Etiquette — Our full-featured gym + sauna is designed for every fitness level. Please turn off the sauna when finished, and avoid dropping or slamming dumbbells on the floor to prevent damage. Being mindful keeps the space safe and functional for everyone.



✓ Smart Lock Access — Say goodbye to lost keys! You’ll receive a personal smart lock code after booking, giving you easy, secure access to the home without any hassle.
