Vous allez adorer rester dans cette belle maison, peinte avec des couleurs fraîches et lumineuses. La cuisine a été mis à jour w / nouveaux comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable haut de gamme. Les salles de bains ont mis à niveau les vanités, les appareils et les comptoirs en granit. D'autres mises à niveau comprennent les meubles de salon, les planchers et la literie. Il y a une piscine privée (12x24), avec d'énormes téléviseurs à écran plat HD (avec chaînes premium), des chargeurs USB et Apple dans toutes les chambres et un barbecue au gaz. L'accès à la plage est juste en face de la rue et il ya de grandes vues sur l'océan de la maison et enrouler autour de porche! Cette maison est également pet friendly et dispose d'un ascenseur qui dessert tous les étages! Parce que la maison est située dans le lotissement du Sud Creek Acres du Sud Nags Head, vous serez traités à des plages immaculées ainsi que des courts de tennis de la communauté et une piscine communautaire. Perfect family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach! We had 2 families of 4 with teens/tweens, and the space was perfect for us. The house is just a couple minutes walk to the beach, which was never crowded. The private pool was great. The location is excellent- far enough from central Nags Head that it’s not too crowded, but close enough to enjoy all the fun with just a short drive!

Great Location

The house and amenities were very nice. Master bedroom space was tight versus other bedrooms. Elevator made a big difference with getting luggage to each floor. Loved the location!

Wave jumping in Nags Head

We had a great time in Nags Head. Our dogs loved the close access to ocean and loved wave jumping every morning. The house was perfect for my husband and I and the two pooches. It was clean and nicely updated. Having the hot tub right outside the master was perfect!!! We have no complaints other than Tropical Storm Ophelia counting our trip a day short-but that’s Mother Nature for you!! All in all a perfect vacation.

Great get away

Great house in a quiet area. Setup well for our family and a couple extra teenagers. Only *slight* complaint was the air conditioner doesn’t keep up so well and the kids on the middle floor were quite hot all night, but top floor stayed cool. (And it was really hot the week we were there!) Also had to pay $7 for each towel set, which might have been in the fine print, but I didn’t see it. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry about the towels and once I agreed to pay we had them within hours. Very responsive management crew! Thank you!

Great vacation! Wonderful property. Great design, well maintained and great beach access.

Loved the property! Great design with the open living space on the main floor and perfect set up for our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grand kids on the second floor. We lIked the new Look with the dark blue exterior paint. Tastefully decorated, kept fresh and well equipped. Really appreciated the elevator to take luggage etc. to 2nd and 3rd levels. The pool and surrounding area inside the fence was excellent for family enjoyment. Made full use of the grill. And enjoyed an occasional visit of deer in the back yard beyond the fenced area. Also enjoyed the front deck at night. Comfortable place for a few beverages and watching the moon rise over the ocean. Location and access to beach fantastic. We carry a heavy load on our carts etc and it was an easy and short pull to the ocean. If we decide to stay in this area would definitely prioritize Swept Away! Thank you!

Great Nags Head vacation!!

Loved our stay at Swept Away! The elevator , pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus!! Overall all the space was perfect for our family including our grandchild. Kitchen was well stocked and beds very comfortable. The patio furniture is the best we've had anywhere making sitting out on the new incredible wrap around deck such a pleasure !I would suggest either the owners add some games and DVDs or state that as a suggestion to bring as there were none at all. Also, there are both kinds of coffee makers not just Keurig so bring your ground coffee if you want. Would love to see a working vacuum and a bit better cleaning as ceilings show some mold and the living room furniture showed some wear (although comfortable).

Wonderful rental!

We traveled to the OBX during the 2020 COVID19 pandemic, and we decided to stay at the house to be safe all week. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and deck furniture immensely. We were six adults and two children: ages 8 and 11. One note is there are no guards on the top bunks, so keep that in mind if you’ll use them. We made the kids sleep on the lower beds, much to their dismay! 🤣 Having brought our own food to cook, we were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen! It has everything you need to cook and make beverages. Loved it! The elevator made moving in and out a breeze, and the rental company is by far, the best in terms of their consistent communication with us via email. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

This was our first stay in OBX. The house was clean, nicely updated, and right across the street from the beach access. The only thing that wasn't clean upon arrival was the outdoor grille, but we cleaned it up nicely and left it ready for the next family to use. We also experienced issues with the second floor AC unit. The rental company sent a repair man over within a reasonable amount of time. The AC fan broke and a part had to be ordered. The rental company offered to install window units if it couldn't be fixed by the second night. It was fixed, and the AC company they used worked fast and quietly in the house. Lastly, the house was ready an hour before our anticipated arrival time, and we were granted access. I recommended this house to friends and family, and we are considering staying there again next summer.

Wonderful home in South Nags Head

Beautiful beach home that was clean and comfortable! Short walk to the beach access and wonderful views. The front decks offer ocean views and beautiful sunrises. From the side deck you can enjoy sunsets and the wild life of Pea Island (deer, bunnies and shore birds) as there are no homes behind you. The pool was wonderful on those days when it was really hot at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking great seafood dinners. Would love to stay there again!

What a great week

First thing I have to say is , thank you to Leslie's for making this the easiest vacation rental ever. We arrived early , and when I called Leslie's, the young lady was so friendly and easy to talk to , told us we could get in early if we wanted , the house was ready . And ready it was , clean , everything ready to just walk in and relax. I had to call with an issue with the stove , she had a maintenance mechanic there that after noon , now that's service ! As for the house , we have been coming to OBX for a couple years now , and this was the perfect house , close to everything nags Head had to offer , yet far enough from the main road to feel like a nice quiet vacation . We made a day trip to see the wild horses , did a cape Hatteras day with light houses , a few beach days , and mixed in pool time ( just wish the pool was heated ). All in all , great house , great location , and wonderful rental company to deal with , if your in the need of a rental , I would highly recommend Leslie's. THANK YOU AGAIN and see you next year !

2015 Family Vacation

We have been going to OBX for over 16 years. This is our first time in S. Nags Head and this house was great. Loved the new furnishings and cleanliness. The quick walk to the beach is GREAT. Having the elevator to take stuff up and down was a nice bonus. The new pool is in a good location and our family always loves an outdoor shower. We will be back in July 2016.

Perfect Cottage!

Having not been back to Nags Head in almost 30 years, I feel grateful for finding such a perfect cottage. We are already planning to hold it again for next summer. The cottage is clean, well decorated and set up like home in the kitchen. Everything is there you need to prepare meals. The pool and hot tub were also clean and perfect! We enjoyed getting up before sunrise almost everyday and taking the 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Then we would come back and sit on the upper deck off the main living area and enjoy the ocean views and breezes with our coffee (loved the rocking chairs). My son enjoyed having the basketball hoop and my daughter liked all the lounge chairs by the pool for tanning. The cottage is convenient to shopping....just minutes down the road from Whalebone Junction. During our stay we visited Cape Hatteras, Somerset Place Plantation in Creswell, Jockey Ridge Sand Dunes and more! We also did a fishing charter with Capt. Tim and the Outer Banks Fishing Charters out of Thicket Lump in Wanchese. Walking down the beach to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier was another nice thing to do. We cannot wait to be Swept Away by Swept Away again next summer!! Already planning to spend some more time on Roanoke Island and the attractions in Manteo. :)

Clean, Convenient and attention detail

I have been coming to the OBX since I was just a little girl (30 years,eek), and we always had to make a trip down the by-way or beach road to retrieve our keys when we arrived, and again on our way out to drop the keys off when departing. This may seem like such a little detail, but it was such a treat to be able to just go directly to our rental, Swept Away and begin our vacation with the keypad entry. The home itself was immaculately clean, and was void of that stale, musty smell that some rentals we have stayed in have. Kudos to your cleaning staff! This house was re-done so beautifully (I saw the old pics of what it used to look like). I appreciated all the comforts of home...right down to simple things like storage baskets on the shelf in the bathroom. It was so nice to be able to unpack my toiletries and make-up and have an organized, clean, appropriate place for them. I also appreciated the fact that the mattress we slept on (king in middle 2nd floor room) was not one of those cheap mattresses that so many rental owners put in their homes. The mattress was very comfortable and made the stay feel more luxurious than many of the upscale hotels we have stayed at. I also have to say that being a decorating lover...I LOVED the attention to detail in the decorating of this home! Simple and inexpensive things, such as the fun SEA letters in the family room made this place feel so "beachy" without the overkill that some beach homes have. I also appreciated the fact that there was actually COMFORTABLE seating on the decks and the pool area. Again, these may not seem like big things, but added up together, it really made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The handwritten note welcoming us to Swept Away was a nice touch. I hope that as you grow, and expand your business, you will always pay as much attention to detail as you do now. For me, it truly is appreciated and did not go unnoticed. So thank you, and the owners of Swept Away for one of the most enjoyable, clean, comfortable stays we have had in the OBX in a long time!
