Le Neroli is a luxury, private villa with exceptional sea views, infinity pool, private tennis court and boules court. Gracious open plan living. Newly remodeled by acclaimed St Paul de Vence architect Robert Dallas using authentic Provencal materials including 18th century wood beams and old tiled floors. The villa is elegantly furnished and bathed in glorious light. Every room has sensational views. The kitchen is state of the art, open plan. Dining room seats 10. The gracious open living area connects to large terrace with 180 degree views of pool, garden and sea. Beautifully appointed living room with large 18th century wood-burning fireplace with comfortable seating. Study room boasts exceptional mountain views and private terrace. All five bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, 4 w/private terraces. Large media room with huge, comfortable couch, TV, CD+DVD and Projection TV. The private kitchen terrace has outdoor dining w/BBQ and a fireplace. The infinity pool is salt-water and heated upon request and has an electric cover with a nearby hot and cold outdoor shower and 8 sun beds. There is a private, all-weather surface, tennis court, floodlit at night, boules court and table tennis. The lovely gardens are private and fenced. There is covered parking for 3 cars and uncovered parking for 3. Separate laundry room has washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. Villa has alarm system, all bedrooms are air conditioned, in-floor heating throughout villa, phone, Wi-Fi. The villa is a 20 minute walk to the authentic 15th-century hilltop village of Tourrettes sur Loup. Perched high above the Mediterranean sea, the village boasts amazing views, fine restaurants and enchanting artisan shops. Le Neroli is centrally located to explore the French Riviera, hike or ski in the surrounding mountains, or explore Nice, St. Tropez, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco, Grasse and Italy.

The house is gorgeous and so beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed our week here! The walk to town was a bit further than we expected but doable. We used the tennis court for hours and had a great time!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Le Neroli! The tennis court was recently resurfaced, so now the court is almost as nice as the view. Glad you made the walk to the village, well worth it for the restaurants and fabulous pastries and breads. In fact, the bakery Chez Ma'mie won 1st prize for the Best Butter Croissant in a competition in the Alpes-Maritimes region in September 2021. Nothing better! More than lived up to expectations ...

Wonderful location with fabulous views from every room of this gorgeous villa. With great facilities, its absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway, yet within easy distance of the airport and locations such as Monaco and Cannes if you fancy sightseeing. The owners are wonderfully helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend this and will be coming back.

Home from Home

A perfect location away from the busy hustle and bustle of town life! Picturesque setting, with your own tennis court, pool and a beautifully well maintained garden. As we drove into and up the driveway we just knew this would be a lovely, warm and welcoming property. And it didn’t prove us wrong. It was a pleasure to walk through the doors for the first time into an exceptional clean and tidy property, with no signs of the last guest! Tastefully decorated inside and out, to the highest of standards. It was like been home from home. Having the tennis court across the driveway away from the pool meant the noise didn’t invade your “space” when lying round the pool nodding off! But still close enough to want to enjoy the fun, and having the court floodlit, meant this went on into the evening. But many a time the smell of the BBQ got too appealing so we stopped!! Most nights were spent round the pool, watching the sunset surrounded by peace and quiet with fabulous views. We had such a relaxing time, it was a shame the holiday came to an end. So we all agreed that we had to book it up again.

Amazing, amazing...the pics and description are great but it’s even better!!!

From initial info gathering after deciding to rent all the way to check out was 5+ stars. My family of 8 from the USA was looking for a country home where our French mother could feel back at home and where we could spend quality time eating, laughing, planning our day trips, etc....and we got it! Pre-Arrival- The whole team is phenomenal. Recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc...all nicely packaged up and sent early on for planning. So appreciated! Arrival - a breeze! Heading up from Nice you get a taste of the local villages and after passing through the quaint small town of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, you head up to get a beautiful view from above of your local village! Once at the house, you get to meet Ruth! Ruth is welcoming and a pure joy to chat with and learn all about every cool aspect of the home and the local village! We had a couple of questions during our stay and Ruth was close by and immediately answered. That house is in great hands! The house ...amazing! The upstairs rooms have unbeatable views! The downstairs rooms head out to the most beautifully manicured garden of lavender, lemons, rosemary and more! I will say that our family can be a little particular about the bathrooms, cleanliness, etc., and this place exceeded expectations. Everyone was pleased! The outdoor area was our evening home! The views, infinity pool, large gathering area where we laid out our wine, baguettes and cheeses from our daily visit to the markets made this a true French experience! Just think luxury Countryside villa...beautiful tiles, natural wood beams, gardens, large gathering spaces in and out, doors that bring the outside in...the house design was obviously well thought through. On checkout, we had to leave quite early and not only was Ruth there bright and early to see us off but even scheduled a local driver to get the last of us to the airport! Thanks, Ruth and thank you, Neroli family, for sharing your home with those that greatly appreciate it! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastisk hus med super beliggenhed, lækker pool og tennisbane

Fantastisk beliggende hus lige udenfor den hyggelige landsby Tourettes-sur-Loup. Har en 180 graders udsigt udover Middelhavet. Lækker pool og fin tennisbane med kunstgræs og lys, så man kan spille om aftenen. Huset er udstyret med stort gaskomfur og udendørs elektrisk gril og alle nødvendige køkkenredskaber.

Amazing Villa in Tourettes sur Loup

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this amazing villa in Tourettes sur Loup. Ruth was incredibly welcoming and very helpful in arranging tennis lessons and a chef. We loved the pool and the tennis court. The views are spectacular and the villa is gorgeous. Would love to come back one day.

Tourrettes Sur Loup

This is an outstanding property, idyllically set in a very secluded location. Wonderful pool and outside seating area. We and the rest of the village were unlucky in that an industrial rock breaking machine was very audibly working from 0800hrs five days a week which rather spoils the tranquillity. We understood such construction work was not permitted in July and August, but it was underway nevertheless. In addition, to those wishing to branch out to Nice, Cannes, Antibes etc. please note they are an hour by car. That said, being a little bit out of the hustle and bustle certainly has its appeal and the local village is marvellous. One other thing I would note is the area is between the coast and the mountains at c.400m and has its own microclimate meaning it can be gloriously sunny 10km away on the coast but cloudy/overcast in the village. This is certainly not the case all day/every day, but to be noted.

Amazing Gem in a fantastic location!

Can I give 10 stars? We just returned from a two week stay at this amazing villa. We were six adults and with 5 bedrooms we had plenty of space and privacy, each couple had their own gorgeous room and ensuite bathroom. From reserving to check-in and check-out...all were fabulous. Ruth is a true asset to this property, she arranged a driver to take us to Monte Carlo for a night out and was available for any questions throughout our stay. Location couldn't be better, short walk to town for morning croissants and coffee! And it's within a short drive to many fabulous towns. We visited Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Antibes, Biot, Cannes and several other little towns. The pool...magnificent! We spent A LOT of time in the pool, some of us swimming well into the night! The views from the terrace, pool, and upstairs bedrooms are breathtaking. We all enjoyed the villa so much that we have already decided we will return! Thank you to the Lacey family and Ruth for an amazing vacation.

Wonderful Views!

Beautiful villa with amazing views. The pool was the highlight for us all, just stunning, deep enough and long enough that kids could swim and dive as much as they wanted while the adults enjoyed the infinity views. The kitchen is well equipped and very well laid out, with fabulous eating areas inside and out. Gardens and tennis court loved by all ages, our 6 year old especially enjoyed picking the lemons. Location of the villa is brilliant, we had day trips to Monaco, Italy and the amazing coastline. Local villages are all very pretty. The only downside of the holiday was the insects, afraid we all got eaten by the local mozzies and large horse flies but we would all love to return to this lovely villa.

What a beauty!

Le Neroli is a beautiful property - possibly even better in reality than the photos suggest. Perfectly appointed and combining the best of Provençal architecture with modern tech and home comforts, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a super time. The views are to die for and the infinity pool bliss for an early morning swim or simply soaking up the views of the hills down to the coast. Tennis, pétanque, table tennis and a great cinema room kept us entertained when not enjoying the pool. The property manager Ruth was first rate - charming and efficient. She looked after us superbly - nothing was too much trouble - when the washing machine broke we had a replacement fitted and working within 24 hours! We also sampled the skills of Michon, the recommended chef who looked after us one evening for a sumptuous family meal - a real treat. And all set in the most beautiful surroundings - Tourettes, Vence, St Paul and down onto the coastline. Simply stunning. A wonderful way and place to escape for the summer break. We will return.

Even lovelier than the pictures

This is a beautiful property, recently renovated to perfection. The situation is stunning, with a view from high up that stretches all the way to the sea. The property is spacious and well laid out, so that our group of 8 never felt on top of each other. The pool and tennis court gave us hours of pleasure. And the AC in the bedrooms was much needed and appreciated during a heat wave. The two master suites are on the top floor, with amazing views. The other three smaller bedrooms are on the lower level, next to the media room, which stays cool all day and has a great projector TV with lots of DVDs to choose from. Each room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with great hot water and towel warmers. The beds were all very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. The main floor includes an office with reading chaise, living room with two couches and fireplace, dining room that seats 10 comfortably, large kitchen, very well stocked, and laundry room. There's also a lovely table to eat on out by the pool, in the shade, plus electric barbecue for grilling. Ruth, the property manager, greeted us on arrival and gave a thorough tour of the property. She was very helpful throughout the week. And we made the brilliant move of hiring Michon, a wonderful local chef that Ruth recommended to us. Michon was a real treasure, and prepared five delicious dinners for us, with leftovers for lunch! Since rentals start on Saturday, and many places close early on Sunday, we recommend stopping for groceries on your way to the house. We highly recommend this villa.... it's beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy!

Really lovely and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday at this villa. It offered everything we could possibly need to amuse two families with 5 young people between us. The girls sunbathed by the super clean pool and admired the amazing views and the boys played endless games of tennis on the picturesque court. We barely went out except to enjoy picnics and swimming in the river up in the gorges 20 minutes from the house. Everything was very clean but as the villa is about to undergo a major renovation, some items were a bit tatty but nothing serious. Really lovely and highly recommended.

We had such an amazing vacation in the villa. Ruth was always available if we had any questions, she is amazing! It would be difficult to find another villa that really has everything one could need plus this great location.....and next year it will be even better! Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful villa with great views

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers having a wonderful holiday at the villa in October. There was enough space for everyone, great pool area with the heated pool and a stunning sea view. There was everything and more than anyone of us expected. Teenagers enjoyed swimming, tennis, ping pong and movies. We adults had also fun by the pool side and at the tennis court as the sun was shining for most of the week. Cooking was also easy and fun, the kitchen was well equipped. The beautiful village was a walk away. We also did some hiking on the marked routes in the area. Special thank´s to Ruth, who was so kind and helpful! Minna & co, Finland
