âTHINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you bookâ
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. Weâve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and weâre happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. Just a friendly heads-up, any cleaning beyond the ordinary might incur an extra charge.
MAINTENANCE: To ensure that the pool is always sparkling clean and the yard is beautifully maintained, we have regular pool and yard maintenance scheduled for the property.
