Entrez à travers de belles portes en bois; Le marbre cultivé et les planchers de bois franc mesquite ventent dans toute la maison. Les hauts plafonds et les fenêtres de ce salon ouvert invitent la nature de l'extérieur. Une cuisine gastronomique est toujours le plus grand plaisir d'un chef et salle à manger est située pour huit personnes dans ce salon ouvert confortable. Could have used more towels and dishes on the property, and the washing machine didn't work properly. Beautiful property especially in the evenings. Spacious common area and comfortable beds!

Absolutely beautiful property, well maintained, civilization near by enough in Wimberly to have all the comforts of home, but secluded enough property/area to really enjoy the hill country wilderness. As an outdoors enthusiast,10/10 would rent again.

Great getaway

This is a wonderful getaway in the hill country. Absolutely beautiful home. We really enjoyed the back patio area with the fire pit, hot tub, and wonderful view of the creek.

My wife and I booked this just to get away from business. Seculed , quiet and a great place to disconnect from it all. House was nicely furnished and the outdoor area was phenomenal. Will definitely go back.

The house was in need of minor repairs. Rotted window sills allowed in hornets (we killed a dozen inside!) and loose kitchen cabinets, door handles & shower handles. It was nice, but needs work.

Amazing home with great location

The house was beautiful and a perfect location. Unfortunately we stayed during a drought and we’re not able to enjoy the water. The house was overall clean but there was an overwhelming amount of dead bugs everywhere upon arrival. Would definitely stay again when there is water!

We had so much fun!!! I will say the house showed its age a little bit in some areas and the layout was different than expected (master on one side and the other three bedrooms on the other side of the house, all connected in some sort of way) we really enjoyed it!!! It was perfect for what we needed

Wonderful Hill Country Home!

Amazing property, location to Wimberly is great, then easy trips into San Antonio and Austin. Quiet, and relaxing. House, actually LODGE is great, amazing architecture. Comfy beds, big bathrooms, everything was clean and as it should be. Hot tub worked great, and was used every night. Nothing bad to say honestly. Loved it.

Great hill country property!

The house is on a great piece of property with views of a cliff face and creek. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was clean and worked well. There was plenty of firewood for the fire pit and the hot tub was great. The house layout is unique and open with a good amount of communal space. Towels, linens, and extra blankets were all in good shape and clean. We had a great time.

2nd Time Staying Here

This was our second time staying at this house. We like the house and the property that's why we chose to stay here again. The reason for the four star reviews is because the house could use a little TLC. there was no one thing was big deal but there were a lot of little things that added up. Overall we love the location, house and property and would stay here again, but wish the owner would invest a little bit into fixing up the house a little.

Beatiful Wimberley estate

Pictures do not do it justice. Great space for family / kids to stretch out, relax, or explore. Only negative would be that managing company told us (in front of kids) when we picked up keys about horror movie that was filmed there. Had us so freaked out all week we wouldn't venture out or even around house once it was dark. Absolutely see why it would be used in movie, definitely grand with goregous location. Just wish I wasn't told until we were checking out :)

The pictures on VRBO need to be updated to accurately portray the house as is. Both the front and back yards are completely run down and have not been taken care of. We killed about 4 wasps inside the house while there for 2 days. The sink in the downstairs bedroom was molded and rotten to where we were disgusted and did not want to use it. The light above the table made with branch had cobwebs all on it to where you could see them when the light came through the window. The porch swing outside the downstairs bedroom was unable to be used because it was filthy dirty. The hottub had dirty water and looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There absolutely no water in the river. This house is completely NOT as it portrays online on VRBO.
