This floor houses the main full-sized kitchen, a large living room for gathering, one private bedroom, and a dedicated bunk room. It features a balcony for ocean breezes and can be connected to the 3rd floor or locked off for privacy.

Biltmore Beach Abode (Top Floor - Primary Suite + Balcony) Ideal for couples or a romantic weekend. A true penthouse-style primary suite. This top floor is a private escape with a spacious sleeping area, an en-suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood—perfect for morning sunrises.

Linens & bath towels included (please keep white towels indoors)

Parking for 3 (Three) Vehicles is available in the driveway.

Shed in backyard is locked and unavailable to guests

Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation

No smoking or vaping inside the home

Service animals welcome with no fee (advance notice required)
