Beautiful beach stay

We took a group of 8 soon to be college Freshmen to the house. We loved the private entrance to beach w pool and clean restrooms. Easy beach access and uncrowded beach space. Well equipped kitchen with patio grill were easy to use & prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for air mattresses.

Our stay was fine. We liked the house, the location, and the beach. Management company communication was good and the process was easy. However, the fact that it is a private neighborhood with an HOA and a small handful of full time residents that police and harass the short term renters will keep us from coming back to this location.

Beautiful and central location

This home was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious, big kitchen, and a bathroom for each room. The property was very clean, and located in an area close to many restaurants, stores and most importantly a walk away from a gorgeous beach. We had a great stay, we ran out of propane, for the grill, on the first day and they brought a backup right away. I will definitely be staying there again if I am in the area and the property is available. Thank you Jason for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Spring Break

Wonderful property. Very clean and well maintained. Great spot right in between PCB and Rosemary Beach with very little traffic and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the proximity to the beach and loved having the beach front pool and bathrooms, very convenient. Only thing that would have been nice to know is the clubhouse and neighborhood pool are for property owners only

Property was very clean and spacious for the four of us. We had a short trip but it was just what we needed. Check in was a breeze with a simple code, never had to worry about keys or cards. In a wonderful and quiet gated community with private pool and beach just a two minute walk away across the street (which was never very busy). The one issue we had was water coming from the bottom of the fridge, which we determined was from the ice maker being turned on to make ice. Immediately contacted the property manager and they had someone come out that afternoon while we were at the beach. Never had another issue! We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The add was very misleading . This property is not on the beach it is in a subdivision on the opposite side of the street. There is no private pool it is a community pool across the street aa well. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Pier Park.

Relaxing time

This was a wonderful location to stay. VERY Quiet neighborhood and right across from the beach. I would definitely come again. Only cons, this home did not have any extra items, bicycles, tennis racquets anything like that. That would have been nice to have for the area. Only other issue was the upstairs patio light was on at the neighbors house, and it was very bright in the master bedroom.
