SPARKLING CLEAN AND SUPER QUIET - Our guests rave about how clean and quiet our suite is.
We’re a couple who loves to travel and we have enjoyed staying at great Vrbos. It's now our turn to host and share that same great hospitality. Our Vrbo is a private apartment in a charming Capitol Hill Victorian rowhouse, just steps from the vibrant H Street corridor and minutes from major DC attractions.
The space
This is in a newly renovated apartment on the ground level of our Victorian rowhome, providing privacy and comfort while being conveniently located to top DC attractions. Getting around is a snap with plentiful bikeshare options, rideshares, the free H Street trolley, buses, and quick access to both Eastern Market and Union Station Metro stations. The 1 bedroom has a king-size bed and is loved by guests for being super comfortable and cozy, providing for a restful night's sleep. Additional guests can also use the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Amenities including self-check in, a modern workspace with high speed fiber optic internet, and private outdoor space, making for a convenient and comfortable trip.
Amenities:
We’ve provided fresh, crisp linens with extras for extra guests. We also provide an iron, ironing board, and a basic hair dryer for your convenience. There’s dishware and basic cookware, as well as a microwave, hotplate, and countertop convection oven for your use (please note the range/oven is not operational).
Check-in/Check-out:
Super easy to let yourself in as the front door is keyless. A code for the front door will be provided shortly before your arrival. Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m., and check-out is by 12 p.m.
Heating and Cooling:
The suite is equipped with central air, and the thermostat is located on the main level. Please message us if you need any adjustments.
Internet:
High-speed Verizon FIOS fiber optic Wi-Fi is available for our guests, making telework easy.
Soundproofing:
Our charming 1900s rowhouse has very limited noise transfer through the shared walls and between levels as we’ve done our best to soundproof. Guests rave about the quiet, cocoon vibes.
Parking:
There is plenty of street parking available. Guests will need to be registered for a parking pass, which we are happy to provide. The digital registration/pass allows for residential parking anywhere in Zone 6 (as indicated on street signs). Please let us know if you need a parking pass and provide your license plate number and state so we can register for a pass for your vehicle.
Guest access
The 1 bedroom apartment has keyless entry for easy access. There is FIOS high-speed internet and a desk set up for those who need to get work done. We've created a seating area in our front garden, great for people-watching. If you'd rather have privacy, please enjoy the fully enclosed back patio with lounge seating. Make yourself at home!

We love our neighbors and ask that you be courteous and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Please note that parties or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
