NEW Skyfall Haus Duo - 6BR Ultimate Downtown Pad - Locally-Managed!

The newest addition to our portfolio, the Skyfall Haus is a uniquely beautiful, spacious home located a short walk from Main Street Breckenridge. It is easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and trails without driving. This 4BR house has an open layout with hardwood floors, good natural light, and two full kitchens and living rooms, which works well for larger groups or families traveling together. Outside, there is a large patio with a long dining table for outdoor meals, along with two decks for spreading out. The private hot tub looks toward Peak 8 and is a comfortable spot to unwind after hiking or time in town.

With flexible sleeping arrangements, multiple living spaces, and strong outdoor areas, Skyfall is a comfortable option for year-round stays where proximity to town and room to spread out matter most. Full-size washers and dryers are on-site also.
Skyfall offers a comfortable, well-located home base for enjoying Breckenridge in any season. With walkable access to town, multiple living spaces, and room to spread out, it works well for families or groups returning year after year.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
If you do bring a car, 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. This home is not pet-friendly, and is not suitable for smoking, events, parties, etc. There is no A/C, like with most homes in Breck.

We enjoyed out stay here at Paddington. Close to town and the dog park. Clean and great use of space for 2 families. Lots of great items in the house for cooking and bedding as needed.Amenities looked great online, however there were a honey do list needed fixing and upgrading. No fence so it was hard to let pets out they must be on leash in the yard. Most blinds did not function well and the shower in the Primary had (3) jets that worked. So everyone was showering in the hall bath with a poor showerhead. Hot tub had 1 set of jets that worked in 1 spot. I would give this a 3.5 overall just needs some love.

Amazing location with 8 minute walk to everything that we wanted to do on our trip! The check in and check out process was so easy, and the hosts were great to work with. We had one small issue with the listing rooms being incorrect online, but they got it changed immediately once I let them know about it. Overall this was a great place and we would stay again!

Overall it was great but it seems like something is wrong with the wiring of the house and I wanted to let you know. Any time we touched a light switch, we would get shocked. My mom is a realtor and noticed it because she had seen that with a home she sold some time back and it ended up needing the wiring redone.

We absolutely loved our stay here in September! The size of the property and room configuration was a dream for our family, and everything was extremely well set up for us, including toddler friendly bedding and seating. The location was the absolute star, though: close enough to Main Street to walk nearly anywhere, but not so close as to have people walking by all the time. There was a minor issue with one of the showers, however the property manager responded immediately and sent out a repair person to temporarily fix it the next morning. We had a great time here and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property in the best location. Only a 3 block walk and you are in Main Street! Check in was very easy and the property includes everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely return!

The property was great. Location was within walking distance to Main and the base. The dog park was very close as well. Anything we needed or mentioned and the owner was very responsive and willing to help. Even saw a moose in the side yard!

The place exceeded my expectations. Very spacious, clean home that gave our family plenty of rooms to be comfortable. We had three teens with us and the board games were the best. We played different games each night. The place was super clean and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place.

Highly Recommend!

The house was very conveniently located, walking distance from all of the shops and dining on main street. We loved how spacious it was inside. The main kitchen and dining area was very open and relaxing. The upstairs bedrooms were huge! Downstairs was very impressive, it was like an entire living space unto itself with a kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom and bathroom. It even has space for a crib or pack and play. Overall the space has plenty of room with lots of area for spending time together as a large group or you can easily abscond to your own private enclave within the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great ski trip with family and friends.

This was a great property. We had two families that stayed here. There was so much room. The only issue we had initially was one couple had to sleep on a pull out couch. Both were extremely uncomfortable. I called and they immediately sent over a queen size inflatable mattress. The customer service was amazing. There is a basement that has a bedroom and a livingroom/kitchen that comfortably slept two couples and an infant. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to hang around at the end of the day after skiing. I loved the convenience of walking to town and the grocery store. It was a quick 5-10 minute walk. Super nice. To go skiing you had to walk 5 minutes to the bus stop that took you right to the gondola. We could not be in a better location. If you have little kids you are also right by the sledding hill. There isn't really a dining room table, but you can tell that from the pictures. We knew that going in and it wasn't an issue for us. We ate at the bar and sitting around the living room. It was very cozy. The house was very warm and clean with plenty of hot water which is important after a long day of skiing. We had 10 adults and one infant. I highly recommend this property if you are travelling to Breckinridge.

Great House for Large Family

We stayed at this house in February for an extended family ski trip. We had ages ranging from 60s, 30s, elementary aged, toddlers and infant. Overall we had a great stay in this house. The basement has a separate kitchen so it was very convenient for the family with a toddler and infant. There is no dining table for eating, but the island is huge and we had such a large group most people grazed to eat anyways so it worked well. We had space to park both of our vehicles behind the house, and there was an overflow spot if we had needed it. Great location, short walk to downtown. We could have easily walked to gondola as well, but with multiple kids we appreciated the nearby free bus/trolley stop. We also had a lot of fun sledding at very nearby Carter Hill. There was plenty of bedding- we even found a great full size air mattress in one of the closets that we appreciated having to use. The garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived, but we called the number provided and they had someone out to fix it within the hour. A couple of things to note-- there were 3 pack n plays on the property. We needed two so I contacted Avant ahead of time to ensure they would have one on the property and then we unnecessarily brought one from home. Cabinet corners are SHARP, so be careful with kids! No sheets for the air mattress. Highly recommend this place.
