This cabin was amazing! The views were spectacular, there was plenty of clean, comfortable space for our multigenerational family vacation. Location is very convenient to shopping, crafts community, attractions, but peaceful and picturesque. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

House is perfectly set up for our big group. Photos are accurate and the location was great. Far enough away for a peaceful evenings looking at the national park, but close to the action of downtown Gatlinburg. Each room was large and well equipped (most with a private bathroom) and the common spaces were great for hanging out with family & friends.

Property was clean. I wished there was a griddle in order to fix multiple pancakes at a time. With emptying the hot tubes it took a day or so to heat up.

We enjoyed our stay in Parkview Mansion. We were a party of 24 (14 children, 10 adults). The kids especially loved the gaming consoles in the lower level and we appreciated the ample room in the common areas. The kitchen is very well-stocked and the two fridges made storing food very easy. Jess was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend for large parties (especially families with children).

The cabin was amazing! It comfortably accommodated 19 people, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of beds, great games for the kids, and close to downtown Gatlinburg. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The property amenities were amazing, and the view was perfect. The only issue was the cleaners didn’t leave until well after check in time. They tried to make it up with cupcakes which is appreciated but it wasn’t something the family really benefited from

The cabin was beautiful and in a great location. It had a great kitchen and lots of space to accommodate several families. The kids loved all the games, although it was missing air hockey pucks. The cabin was dirty, which is what is leading to the lower review. There is a pretty significant roach problem in the cabin. We encountered many live roaches throughout our stay. Some of the beds appeared to have been unchanged upon arrival and there was hair in the showers. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom if we walked around barefoot. The owner was responsive to the concerns and offered to have the cleaners return 2 days into our stay, but we didn’t want to have the cleaners come back when we were all in the cabin. She provided cupcakes and a small refund as an apology, which was nice. All in all, it was a good trip. We just wished the cabin was cleaner.
