The space
Sea House Villas is a rare opportunity to enjoy the entire six-villa property exclusively. Each villa (approx. 1,200 sq. ft.) features four bedrooms, three baths, a full kitchen, private balcony, and ocean views. Together, the estate offers 24 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, six kitchens, and six oceanfront living spaces designed with modern coastal elegance. Guests enjoy high-speed WiFi, in-unit laundry, and access to shared outdoor spaces, including a beachfront pool and lounge deck.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of all six villas, private pool, outdoor lounge, and direct beach access. Smart lock entry and one reserved parking pass per villa (plus overflow spaces) are provided. The property offers seamless self-check-in, with all units connected by landscaped walkways and a shared beachfront pool area.

Other things to note
Sea House Villas is ideal for family gatherings, corporate retreats, and private events. Guests renting the entire property must be at least 25 years old. Pool and beach access are seasonal. Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM to preserve the serene coastal setting. Event inquiries are welcome and may require prior approval.
