Reviewer Comments: The house was in excellent shape when we arrived and had all the amenities that we could need to fit 45 people comfortably and have supplies to cook meals for ourselves. The beach was a super easy 5 minute walk. Parking was easy. Would absolutely stay here again with a big group!

Great Property

This was a great property and location. There were only two slight negatives. 1) The hot tub had some maintenance issues where is would get hot but the jets would not turn on. 2) We had 24 men on a golf trip and the upper room with 6 bunk beds and 1 king but only 1 bathroom was not the best setup but that is really more of a logistic problem on our end. The property was exactly as advertised and the customer service was awesome!

Wonderful house

House was very nice and extremely spacious. We had a total of 30 people in the house and we all felt like we had plenty of space. Plus it’s a very very short walk to the beach. Which was really nice. The only downfall i have on the house is the hot water. It acts really funky (getting hot and randomly cooling off). Other than that the overall stay was very pleasing.

House review

Very accommodating, spacious, close to the beach and activities. When we arrived the cleaning crew had just finished cleaning but they didn't do a very good job. There was dried food on the appliances and dome of the dishes. The floors were dirty, dishwasher was broke, one of the upstairs showers had a broken shower door another one had no water pressure and was unusable, ac was out for thee days, but they did bring us portable units, counter too was broke. But with all the problems i would still stay there again

The accommodations made the trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a group of 16 guys most of whom have been traveling together every year for as many as 30 years. In all of those years accommodations have ranged from double hotel rooms to what together resorts provided for us. To have each person have their own bedroom and bathroom with all of the facilities available and being steps from the beach was the pinnacle of the perfect accommodations for our group. Whenever we return to Myrtle Beach, we will undoubtedly seek a similar, if not identical lodging. In addition to the facility, the together resorts team was extremely responsive, very helpful and delightful to work with. The comments from the guys were so complementary of the accommodations that they literally made the trip outstanding. Keep up the great work, and we will be looking for other locations or simply to return to Myrtle Beach again soon.

Several of the households had children and we had no problem placing moms and dads in rooms right next to bunkbed rooms for their children. I absolutely love the layout. The home was very clean. It was Thanksgiving and we spent lots of time in the awesome kitchen with more than enough space! The kids loved the heated pool! If we ever stay in NMB again will more than likely book here again. Together Resorts staff is great! Whenever we needed them they answered and was on site to help within minutes. Thank you Mandy! This was a great experience. Our family loved it!

3rd Avenue Side A - NMB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great experience interacting with the people that help book the beach house. The process was seamless and very easy to get completed. Online payment was great. Check-in is usually 4 PM but we were able to get into the unit at noon. We have people flying in from multiple states and it was nice to allow them to get in and unpack and relax. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The nights did cool down a little bit and it was nice to get into the hot tub. The house itself was very nice. We were not fans of the unit not providing any soap or shampoo for the showers. There were some minor imperfections with things in the unit, like a big crack in one of the bedroom doors, and some unfinished space in the kitchen. All of the appliances were not plugged in and at least one of the dishwashers didn’t have power. The pool table was great. There were also multiple coffee pots which came in handy with so many of us in the house. We also enjoyed the shuffleboard and foosball table. All in all our stay was amazing. We will definitely go back and love the house as well as the location. It’s only two blocks from Main Street where all of the bars, restaurants, and shops are in that area. We’ve had our annual golf outing for around 30 years and this was probably the best one we’ve ever had. Thanks to Together Resorts and their team for putting this package together for us. We appreciate it and it did not disappoint.

Family Outing/Disaster

Let me start by saying the location and the layout of the home was everything. For everyone to have their own bathroom was love however I do feel as though it should have been one centralized bathroom just for guest or just for anyone to use. The house furniture needed to be upgraded, carpet/windows needed to be cleaned, and walls needed to be painted. The kids walked around with socks on and they were totally black at the bottom. The house needed an overall good cleaning. We saw the cleaning people clean the side unit beside us and it took them no more than two hours at the most. So that tells you how much cleaning they really did. When we initially arrived on Friday at 4 the a/c people were still there. Whatever they supposedly did tripped a breaker and our food spoiled in one of the refrigerators that night per management. Saturday the 2nd floor a/c went out it was 81 degrees on from there. We called and spoke to management and they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. They however brought two portable ones on Sunday morning that didn’t do much justice because the breakers kept tripping. Half of our family left because they could tolerate the heat. That unit has some electrical issues overall and they knew it. At times the tvs, dryers, washers, refrigerators, and room lights wouldn't work and we had to keep resetting the electrical breakers. The third floor also has a water drainage problem. You would think they would knock off for the inconveniences but they didn't.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for our first family reunion Sept 30- Oct 2. The house was awesome. It looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there during Hurricane Ian so we loss power for a few hours, but we still had fun with family. The property manager, Mandy was super nice and helpful. We needed help with the grill and the maintenance man changed out the regulator and we were able use it. The early check in and late check was a special bonus because we all wanted to have breakfast together before we left.Only negative I have is the numbers of parking spaces. We only had 7 parking spaces and we had 11 vehicles. Luckly our neighbor cancelled their trip, so we were able to use their spaces. Otherwise, we would have had to take 4 cars to the overflow during the storm. Overall, our vacation was awesome!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came to myrtle beach with 20 family members. Outside of house was nice —nice carport, nice pool and hot tub and good location. Kitchen had all the appliances and pots and pans, etc that we needed. Nice having 2 sinks, 3 dishwashers and 2 fridges and a table that seated 20. Plenty of good washers and dryers However furniture in living room and TV room was filthy. We had to throw sheets on it in order to sit on it. Pool table in living room looked like it needed to be trashed years ago. Place needed a good paint job. Beds comfortable but bathrooms needed place to put stuff besides on the back of a tiny sink. Floor tiles sunken in several areas — water damage?

The house accompanied 37 adults which worked out great because everyone had their own bathroom, which they loved. Also the walk to the beach was great. We walked to the beach to take family pictures was worked out perfectly. However there was a few things about the house that needed some TLC. 1. The pool was very cloudy when we arrived. The pool man had to come to shock the pool several days. When we left the following week, the pool water finally was clear and clean.2. One of the downstairs washing machine was leaking water so we couldn’t use that.3. Several of the toilets ran hen you flushed it.4. The freezers doors would not open all the way so we had a hard time trying to open the doors.The property would be so much better if the management and maintenance outdoors put some TLC and fix the place up a little more.

Mother’s 75th Birthday Weekend

The property was everything we needed. There was space for everyone. Loved the spacious kitchen and all the other amenities. Two lessons taken from this is (1) ask about the hot water. The hot water took a bit to heat up. (2) I wished we knew the cost of heating the pool and spa in the beginning. Next time I will ask. Susan was awesome! She worked with us and ensured we had a great time. I highly recommend this property (agency).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our group. So much room you wouldn’t know there were 40 people in the house! Very roomy, clean, and everything we could ask for. We had a small issue with WiFi on day one and they were so quick to get that resolved for us.

Reviewer Comments: Our experience was good,, just a few things that we had to do, the floors was filthy we had to mop, because of our toddlers who would not keep shoes on their feet and their feet was so black from the dirty floors and there also was a broom but no dustpan so we had to buy that too.
