Designer Suite au coeur de Kitsilano.

La maison Blackberry est située au cœur du quartier Kitsilano, à Vancouver. Les plages, les parcs, l'UBC, les boutiques de Broadway et le centre-ville sont tous facilement accessibles en quelques minutes à pied ou en transports en commun.
La maison Blackberry est une suite de 2 chambres de 800 pieds carrés créée par le designer Douglas Nickel. Il dispose d'une cuisine sur mesure moderne, d'un coin salon spacieux et entièrement meublé avec des meubles sur mesure. Il y a deux chambres, dont l'une peut également être un bureau. Cinq fenêtres orientées ouest donnent beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Téléviseur à écran plat, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et de nombreux petits appareils électroménagers ainsi que l'Internet sans fil sont inclus afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et vous sentir comme chez vous.

Beautifully laid out two bedroom apartment. Everything worked. Cooking our own meals was easy. Lovely and warm. Douglas and Dolores were very amicable and full of great information about local things such as shopping, beaches, great walks and fantastic vegetarian restaurants.

This perfectly situated suite was quiet, clean, had all the amenities and the hosts were responsive and friendly. We would stay there any time we visit Kitsilano, within a very short walk to stores and restaurants. We loved our time there.

The apartment was as described. Very comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, on street parking was very easy. The location is wonderful, close to shops, grocery and 7 min drive to the beach. We enjoed our stay.

The place had everything we needed and has a fantastic location in a nice area. Check-in was easy and although we would have loved to meet our hosts (they were on vacation), we had no issues and the property was just as listed. We had a great time in Vancouver!

This was the perfect location for getting our daughter settled at UBC. We were 15 minutes from campus, and 20-30 minutes from the airport, shopping, downtown...anywhere we needed to be. The unit is perfect for a small family, plenty of living, eating and sleeping space. It's in a lovely neighborhood for walks with easy street parking. Best of all are the kind and hospitable hosts. We had a lovely stay and hope to be back.

Beautiful Private Townhouse

Doug and Delores were very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. The basement suite itself was beautiful. We were able to explore Vancouver and have a comfortable and private suite to return to each night. We were fortunate that their property was available and look forward to potentially returning in the future!

This cute little suite was perfect for what we needed! The beds were comfy, the den area was great for relaxing after a day of activities, and the location made it easy to get around using only public transit. Doug was a fantastic, helpful host who greeted us on arrival. We had a great time and highly suggest staying at this property!

The suite was a home away from home for us .The property suited our needs perfectly We liked the location and if feel very and secure.If was well equipped for cooking, laundry etc.Was touches like having washing detergent and soap meet a lot when it's a short stay.Beds for very comfortable and shower be worked great.Doug and Delores were available if needed but I. The Optimal Home Away From Home

A comfortable lodging within the neighbourhood of small shops, our welcoming hosts provided a fully equipped place to stay. Our visit to the city became a bit less stressful given the thoughtfulness of our hosts in anticipating our needs. We have no reservations in highly recommending this location to potential visitors.

Great location in kitsilano on a lovely street. The basement unit is spacious with plenty of windows . Very clean unit and comfortable bed. In unit laundry was a great perk. Hosts were responsive . On street parking was always available.

Just outstanding!!!

This is just an exceptional place. Everything about it is just extremely well done. It is very bright and well laid out. Quiet and has all of the amenities in the listing as well as a full kitchen. This is without question the best short term rental that we have ever used.

Perfect Hosts and Location

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights while our son played in a hockey tournament at UBC. I can’t say enough positive things about the property. Douglas and Delores are ideal hosts and there were a lot of special touches and conveniences. We both worked during our time there and it was roomy, comfortable and had strong internet. It was also a great location, walkable to many shops, restaurants, and public transportation. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
